Cost of wheels £1,300 and £600 for tyres.

Today I dug out all the bills and receipts made up and Excel spread sheet to total them up and was amazed to find the total spend so far is £10,143.95 WOW (can't tell the wife) and this is just the work I have proof of being done without the backhanders and Sunday morning mechanics work. This car just stands me too much money to let go, so as of now she’s off the market and roll on summer. Must slow down on the spending this year.

I got these via Lexus on Teesside they are GS300 Sport wheels I think you'll still be able to get then through Lexus but make sure your sitting down when they give you a price. Chris.

OK deal just about done on a good set of stock 17" alloys, once these are fitted the sale price will be £7500 OVNO and as soon as I get some pictures with Stock alloys fitted it'll be going onto Piston Heads, wish me luck.

Yes point taken I'll be on the look out for set of stock wheels, but if I get the asking price the wheels will stay on the car.

I have now found what I'd like to be my next project and would like to get started so may be open to offers, remembering I want to keep the wheels. Nothing silly guy's. Chris

If anyone is interested I'll knock off £1000 if I keep the wheels & tyres, so if you have a set of stock 17's you can swap over on collection you'll get it a grand cheaper. my next project is a Lexus so I'd like to keep the wheels for that.

A language thing I guess, You mean COULD scare potential buyers not SHOULD, The engine is running fine, no smoke or rattles pulls hard, very hard and compression is fine according to Toyota
