Got the rollover jig being sorted. Also ordered some tyres with the imminent arrival of the wheels this month. Was really impressed with the speed of delivery from brands hatch performance. Ordered the tyres at about 10:30 Wednesday . They arrived at 8am Thursday and it was free delivery Fronts only though as they don’t sell 315/30/18 so still waiting on those from another company IMG_1255.MOV

Thanks pretty much a waiting game for most things now. Very little I can do until the jig is finished. Slowly getting to where it needs to be for various things. Just time and money really

Some more new bits arrived but nothing exciting again. Rebuild parts for the j-spec rear brakes and the clutch cover plates

Going to have the underside sand blaster but not the whole shell. no real point as there isn’t any real issues with it. Just want the underside done as it doesn’t look completely done if you understand me. Where Iv removed the rear subframe and petrol tank it doesn’t have any seal there. So taking the lot off and going to give it a total coat as one not a patch up.

Thanks mate. I should have both subframes completely finished very soon so will get those up. Should also have the jig finished soon so will have it all stripped back on the underside and re-sealed. Wheels should also arrive soon and then off to paint in April

Lots of brand new bolts and small parts for the subframes, brakes, brake pedal cover, hand break arms, new subframe bungs and so on. Nothing exciting but something of an update

I have searched and looked on all the diagrams I can but can’t seem to find the part number for the little nut with the nipple on that attaches to the rear heat shield that seats the two springs for the hand break set up. Any help will be much appreciated. As far as I can tell it’s not on this diagram

Thanks mate, I was told the SC one was a direct fit but obviously not. So will just got straight to Toyota by the sound of it -

Got the diff all fitted into the subframe ready for after the car is painted

Had a tip off that a Lexus SC430 steering rack and pump is a direct fit for the MKIV supra. Does anyone actually know if this is the case? I’m interested as I would like a new one, just so it’s brand new really
