  1. As above has anyone got any tips at removing these as mine won’t budge
  2. Slipped the new wings on to line them up in preparation for going to paint and sorting out the boot lid but turns out I lost a hinge

Looks nice mate, any plans for it?
  5. Another little update, new oil in the gearbox, new filler bung and new inspection plates
  6. Thanks mate, it’s been a lot of work and money but it’s all coming together. Just a waiting game now really
  7. These things happen mate, just lucky someone forced me to go to the hospital with the sepsis as I just thought I had a bad cold/ flue
  8. Wasn’t the plan back then but it needed replacing not long after I picked it up I tore my anterior cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament in my knee so couldn’t work or walk to far without falling over so waited for an op. Had the op and then during recovery I got sepsis and had 4 more operations in my knee and couldn’t walk for a year. Spent my savings I had saved to do all this to my car paying bills so put the car in storage while I got the money together to do the car. Now we’re here just lucky I had it. Still loads of other parts out of production though
  9. The rubber part is discontinued now so would have to be old stock, Iv had mine for around 9/10 years now only just getting round to fitting it. The plastic part is still available though
  10. Didn’t you come to supra pod one year?
  11. I used to get pressure when the tank was low and used to take the cap off to fill up
  12. Fingers crossed mate Mine have apparently had 3 made and not the last one and now having supply issues Not quite sure why you would do that as a business but hey
  13. Part number is 9095001665 well as far as I can work out that’s what it is
  14. A couple of little updates, fuel cap, new rubbers for the fuel tank filler and the fuel tank guard. Waiting for the bolts to turn up to put the cover on but the tank is in
  15. hahaha sorry guys, come to a little bit of an impass with updates as waiting on parts that are delayed, wheels that are delayed and no date of completion yet due to world wide metal shortages and paint has been delayed a month So a little frustrated and annoying but it’s pretty much all out of my hands at the moment. Will get some pictures of the steering wheel fully fitted and a few other updates at the weekend It’s really nice to know that people are following the build and missing my updates, so flattering to know
  16. Got three or 4 but this was the cheapest and I know a guy who got his Megan one done and a guy who works at a vw camper refurbisher and they use these guys to so thought I would go with a known quantity. They were good with communicating throughout and told me when it was posted and arrived the next day
  17. Another small update. Had my steering wheel recovered by royal steering wheels and they done a top job before and after bellow. Just need to fit the airbag again
  18. Good to know mate, thanks a lot
  19. How much that setting you back as will be looking at ceramic coating once mine is painted
  20. Alright wanna be Hugh Hefner, rocking up in a pair of slippers. May have to buy you a pipe for your birthday
