Just about to get my supe (this sat) and not had one before, so all excited, I think I've seen only 1 in about 2 months of looking lol - none of that "thats the car I'm getting" symdrome...

Anyone know why Supe's don't have a full 17 character VIN? VINs were introduced way back were they not? Seems weird that Supe's have their own format of code...

Attached are some pics... Car has done 78k, its silver, been regularly serviced, manual 5 speed, 2 litre GT version, UK spec, I'm not really concentrating right now so sorry if this is a bit sparse. Oh yeh tax until next month, but MOT until next feb I think - I'll check this. Only 2 problems I'd mention, it crunches slightly (and I do mean slightly!) when going into 3rd, also the rear bumper is a slightly darker shade, this seems to happen to all silver celicas Anyway, thats it - enjoy!

Well, just been to look at boot3yz's supe, which he is selling, and it didn't feel a single bit like the one I mentioned in this thread, so methinks something indeed was dodgy with the car.... So yeh, gonna buy his car now, so I'll actually own a Supra! Woop

I used to have 2, now only one (one died), he looks healthy, good colours on the skin and a nice shade of red on his beard aswell - the one I have left, her beard changes colours of red quie often, and her skin will change tone, nice when it goes dark

Quicksilver or gunemetal would be ideal, don't think I'd want white or black, and silver would be after gunmetal

So somewhere between silver and gunmetal? In pic #3 it looks nice and dark, almost like gunmetal , its the S reg second farthest away right? Why couldn't it be a TT! I think I'd have snapped your arm off if it were.. Just noticed, you said you have a NUR spec exhaust in your sig, but the exhaust in pics looks standard...

Very very tidy looking at the pictures, I'm confused - I've seen quicksilver mentioned, some seem to say its the same as gunmetal, yet your Supe looks lighter than gunmetal, can someone enlighten me? Is it just my eyes??

I'd be interested in an auto, though I'd want it really standard, and it would have to be 8k I think, having re-considered finances I do have my eye on the one mentioned in this forum, but if you have any waiting to be imported etc that are 8k, gunmetal auto's in good condition I'd be interested in seeing them...

I am seriously considering that one already I know its auto, but I think I can live with that
