  1. if i was to keep the car, and pay £3k for the turbo conversion what power increase am i looking at? and would it be good enough even if the car was an auto? just asking because if it is worth keeping mine and doing the converions then i might change my mind.
  2. the car is an automatic straight 6 engine, not 6 speed, would live to keep the car but doing a turbo conversion is mega bucks.
  3. Hiya all it Joseph from llanishen cardiff, have had a long hard think, and have come to the decision in selling my n/a MK4 supra and getting the Twin Turbo Manuel Supra MK4,have spent enough on my n/a and it goes well for a non turbo, but allot of my mates and my mates at hyeline performance believe that its time i should drive a turbo especially if i want to hit the 400-500bhp mark which is what i want, will be starting to save money by the end of this month, and maybe will be driving a red manuel twin turbo supra after the summer, the bodykit, and gauges and auto timer i was going to put on the n/a i will be saving to put on the TT, will also add the peromance bars and airfilter if the TT Supra i get is standard, will swap the bonnet and the wheels too, because i like the look and the kit would be awsome all together, apart from this i will be leaving the car the way it is. http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/phot...48177_5769.jpg http://photos-e.ak.facebook.com/phot...48180_7035.jpg http://photos-f.ak.facebook.com/phot...48181_1181.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49932_5867.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49933_6286.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49934_6672.jpg http://photos-c.ak.facebook.com/phot...48178_6159.jpg Engine and styling mods list for you lot interested: engine 3ltr straight 6 n/a auto and my estimation in the 230-240bhp range. Jaero 18inch deep dish gun metal alloy racing wheels. TRD bonnet. Fully de-catted 3inch exhaust system and downpipe. Pro speed custom made front pipe. Apexi power air filter. Hks earth loop system. Hyeline performance modified super chip. Tien front and rear performance bars. Apexi AFC Neo and mapped by Hyeline. Apexi Auto Timer for n/a, Blitz oil pressure and tempreture gauges. Full bomex bodykit ready to be fitted. Greddy air flow diversion slam panel. Carbon Fibre Dash kit. Momo streering wheel and pedels. DVD and CD system.
  4. hiya mate thats my red supra with the j666eph number plate, very standard at that time, allot different now, just need to add my bomex bodykit.
  5. dont get me wrong mate i maybe walking away but i still have my eyes on her till she turns herself off, just walking away and not looking a nice car like the supra would be just plain stupid.
  6. ah cant please everyone, but i know what i am doing and i got it for £20 brand new on ebay better that then paying £50 or £70 for it, love walking away with the keys in my hand, engine still running then 30secs later turns off. if apexi didn't think its was worth putting a timer on a n/a, then why bother making the product, and from the looks of the stock, they are selling like hot cakes, but still my money dude i can do whatever i want with:eyebrows:
  7. the oil is hot and still running in the engine, if you turn the engine off straight away after thrashing its, the oil or whtever soilidifies and cokes the engine, the turbo timer cools the turbo down, same thing but allows the engine to settle. here's the picture on ebay http://i10.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/85/6b/e74c_10.JPG
  8. to marc_p;1912877, hiya dude go onto ebay and type in Apexi Turbo Timer, and you will see that the timers not only go onto the turbo supra's but also onto a n'a supra, have found that only Apexi do this tho.
  9. hello Phil GPX;1912461 joseph from llanishen here i had a FTO GPX had so much fun with it you can't go wrong with them, fast as hell, then sold when someone offered more than when i got it £8000 and then i got a n/a supra and currently modding that. it Joseph from llanishen cardiff, i have pictures of my supra for all to see. As you can see on this photo my bonnet needs to be resprayed to match the car, this was due to wrong code paint, will have it done when i stick on the full bomex bodykit. http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/phot...48177_5769.jpg http://photos-e.ak.facebook.com/phot...48180_7035.jpg http://photos-f.ak.facebook.com/phot...48181_1181.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49932_5867.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49933_6286.jpg http://photos-486.ll.facebook.com/ph...49934_6672.jpg http://photos-c.ak.facebook.com/phot...48178_6159.jpg This is an example of what it will look like but red, minus the rear spoiler and the wheels and stickers, the full bodykit i have which is just waiting to be put on. http://photos-h.ak.facebook.com/phot...48127_7653.jpg Engine and styling mods list for you lot interested: engine 3ltr straight 6 n/a auto and my estimation in the 230-240bhp range.
