I did that twice now and messed it up both times GRRR! Second time finished perfect but then cracked bout a week later. So i either have to get it done professionally which i know wont be cheap, or find one of these kits. Anyone had there dash resprayed professionally? How much?

I know carbon fibre dash kits have been covered a million times on here but i am after something different: I saw a skyline the other day which had a stick on orange dash kit, just plain orange. It looked amazing I was wondering if anyone knows where you can buy coloured stick on dash kits for supras? Or if anyone has any pictures of this?

Is there any other gear knobs apart from standard and levoc for auto box though?

One on my cars got written off. What i did i let them go ahead with the write off and got a cheque for £5000.00 and i then bought the car back off them for £1200.00 and organised the work myself which cost me £1800.00 ish. I nearly made £2000.00 out of it. Speak to the insurance company. You should be able to buy the car back off them if they declare it as a write off.

Hi I know this question has proberly been asked allready but i still hvnt been able to find a straight arnswer to it. I bought some new Dials but cant work out how you remove the needle. Is it just a question of ripping it off because its stuck on or do i have to go take all those bloody screws off the back and go in that way? Also another quick question, apart from the gear secection lights on the dials is there any other difference between manual and auto dials? Any help appreciated guys, Cheers,

Yeah checed the auto fluid, its all fine. I dont have a turbo its a N/A.

Hi does anyone have any ideas. Whenever i put my foot down to accelerate it revs really high makes a sqeaking noise but dosnt accelerate. it only revs really high. I have an automatic gear box. Could it be anything to do with that? Any helps appreciated, thakns

Can you message me the price. And also can you confirm what colour it is? Is it silver and if so what shade of Silver. I have a Silver Velside kit on my supra but front bumper in very bad condition. If the colour and price is right im a deffernet taker.

What i did to do mine was spend a good few hours sanding it all down. Then i applied 3 coats of primer and after each coat i sanded it down very lightly. Then i applied to coats of metalic silver paint. Followed by 4 coats of lacquour. I used acrylic primer acrylic metalic silver and acrylic lacquor. It took alot of time and if im totally honest i am going to have to do one panel again. I found it hard!

I still cant make my mind up about the blue. I wanted to try it and it took forever to mask it and do it so i cant be bothered now to redo it all again. If i was to do it again i would go for a bit darker blue i think.

DVLA - I have lost my tax disc before. the DVLA can issue a new tax disc pretty quick with a small payment (cant remember how much). While your waiting you get get the DVLA to send you a headed email. You can print this and if the police etc try sticking you on you can show them the headed letter. Ok say you park your can on the road, if your not present with the car the police cant give you the £60.00 fine all they can do if inform the DVLA which they would do. However the police would still leave a notice slip on your car (This isnt a fine). However the DVLA would see you have been enquiring about the tax disc and you have road tax so nothing would happen. Worst case situation, if the police did pull you over, if it was in the day they could phone the DVLA and check you had road tax. If it was at night and they didnt beleive the letter you had (which is unlikely) and they did give a fine you can contest that fine with the DVLA and under those circumstances that is a defence in law so the fine wouldnt uphold.
