Have they called to find out what can be done for them?.. Sometimes if you say your thinking of leaving because there are better packages around with others they will do something for you... I went to cancel the HD package and they said they would do it half price for 12months.. might be an option:)

Ok another question!! Firstly i done all the above that was needed and its now successfully updated and can go on itunes as normal!.. yippee...... BUT:( I now can't get on the internet? i'm assuming i must have gone wrong somewhere?... I have set the wifi up and its ticked that its on but can't access anything internet related ie... google/itunes and apps store via phone etc? Any ideas? please:d

Well so far its damn confusing.. ours is unlocked but needs updating! .. i'm in the process of downloading all bits that i i need hopefully if i can do it and suss it out i'll be ok. its just getting that far:d

What is best to unzip them, i did have winrar but pc has been wiped since so not sure what to use?

Sounds great We would prob be up for this!..Tony and i went couple of years ago during school time and no queue!.. Went to thorpe park this year and they had school trips was a nightmare had to wait ages and didn't get to go on alot.

Thats odd, prob something really silly... you have the correct supra email to send too yes? if you have copied and pasted addy make sure there are none of these either side? errr??... have you marked 'other' as choice for what you paying for, ie not ebay gift or anything?
