Normally if there is trapped air the heater will get hotter as the revs rise !!!!

Mine was like this after standing for ages, I flushed and blew it thru with a steam cleaner (risky) and each time it got warmer, in the end I rigged up a bottle into the heater that was raised up to give it some 'head' Oh err mrs!!! and filled that with drain cleaner, left it an hour then ran the hose thru it, you wont believe the crud that came out , then you have to get all the drain cleaner out because it will corrode stuff. Hey presto red hot heater.

Can be awkward to hold in the press, as been said the bolts you need to undo can be seized and ive had them in a 20 ton press and still not come out. If its drivers rear and you find you need a top wishbone I have a brand new one half price !!!!!

My subframes sit about as low as you can go, the Corbeaus sit just on top, I had to space em up cause I like to sit up high.

If there is enough interest Im going to organize a Supra Dyno Day, we can do this on a Saturday and also have a ramp or 2 free for anyone who wants to give their car a once over, we can measure Power, Torque, AFR and Boost and provide laminated printouts, cost would be £30 per car and ramp use is FOC, can also do a BBQ with burgers at very reasonable cost, what do you reckon guys ?? How many are up for this and what date suits??

Hes right, I would say the problem area is by your right shoulder and top of head, in a big impact the seat position will shift and the contact area from the cage to your head is prob akin to a ball pein hammer, just ask the Yorkshire Ripper how effective that can be, these cages are FAR to near the seat to be safe with no padding, and the padding should be like the armour in leathers so it takes all the force out of the blow...........................................................of course if you dont crash it will be fine.

The converter has to locate in the pump housing or you will put loads of pressure on the pump as you wind the box onto the engine, sounds like you got this part right
