hey guys , as you may of read my thread yesterday about me getting de-cated today. id just like to say a huge thank you to paul and all the team at whifbitz who fitted the 1st and 2nd decats to my sup, the car drives and sounds amazing. the service was soo good i will use again and again and again, they were really tight for space when it came to fitting but paul totally blew me away with how he managed to get someone to fit them in little under 2 minutes. thanks again to Whifbitz

looking good dude , im a white supra so would you think a white cover would look ok ? i know all the dirt and grease etc but a maybe? or any other suggestions ?

yess i shall tell them for you and yer im getting the whifbitz own pipes as they are highly recomended by others on this forum. im looking forward to what it sounds like hope its pretty meaty, and yes i shall ask paul for advice. i will tell you tomorrow DSK about what it feels like etc .

wow sounds insane , cant wait for the drive home from whifbitz to west sussex. how much louder will it be because my exhaust at the mo isnt very loud at all and its a non standard one. also i dont have a boost controller. i will be getting one hopefully next month so will i be ok without it for 1 month ? just worried about the bosst pressure or whatever it is creeping to high.

i have a TT auto and i thought the same as you ... boring and no fun, but after owning it for 2 weeks im the happiest man ever.! auto supras are very much fun and the way they deliver the power is second to none. loving every minute of it.

hey guys just wanted to express my excitement about paul from whifbitz fitting my 1st and 2nd decats tomorrow morning !! [GRIN][/GRIN] what would i expect to see gains wise? i have a TT jspec 97 facelift , with fmic. cheers

this is gunna sound dumb lol but when you say change manually do you literally mean move the stick to L then up to 2 then to D ?? im still confused and still after reading all the info on it so when your in D with manu mode switched on, i find it revs higher then changes up at around 6k on all gears, and am i right in saying in D when pushing the O/D button and light on dash comes up i can only use 3 gears unless i over rev ? thanks and sorry about my simple mind lol

ahh i see , so would you say the 2nd decat pipe is covered by a heat shield ? im not very mechanically minded and havent had my sup long so just wanna get it right etc and improve my knowledge. do you have any pictures of the pipes on the car or something ?

hey guys this is gunna sound really stupid but i want to decat 1st and 2nd pipes on my jspec TT 97 facelift supra and im planning on getting the kit from whifbitz. from looking under my car i cant see where the 1st and 2nd decat pipes would go? is there a heat shield covering these pipes ? cheers

depends what your milage and current spec or your supe is. if you need a quik sale then id say 70% yes. but id do some googling on the accord model ur looking at and go from there. i dont have any experience with hondas at all sorry

cheers guys. well since i bought it iv wanted to get new bonnet and do something with front bumper so thats finishes the front. i would of kept it off any way as i quite like stiking to my guns (if thats the right saying lol)

hey guys just an update from yesterdays thread on wether or not i should de-lip. iv come to the conclusion that taking the lip off actually looks better and doesnt leave the front as high as i thought it would. thoughts would be great. before and after :

love the ideas guys, think ill take it off and see how it looks. but if i dont like it then iv decided i will get it sprayed black to go with the bonnet. thanks for helping with my decision.
