That is correct In that you aren't being prosecuted and it therefre won't go to court. I've never heard of one of these being contested. Just spoke to a colleague who says it would be virtually impossible to have the warning removed.

Mmmmm you must have angered him by arguing back....a 59 is harsh in those circumstances you described. Chances are though that you will not find another one willing to issue a 59. Don't chance it though now you have been given a PRA 59 because you won't get your car back, it will be crushed. Unlucky matey, sounds like a swine.

Hi mate, mine has been doing this and i've put it down to very low temperatures. There is nothing wrong with my car at all, and this only happens when i cold start in temps around 0 degrees. A few minutes later when the car is warmed up it goes away. Just one of those things. Never ever happens in the Summer, only in the Winter when it gets really cold.

Nah your safe with black rain imo, my 3GS was bought the day it came out, so it'd be one of the first...even if black rain fails itunes will still allow you to restore it to factory settings.

Use an app called black rain...jailbroke my 3GS yesterday and took a whole minute! Incredibly easy!
