  1. Already tried that and doesn’t work
  2. Is this going to be sorted out anytime?
  3. Glad I’m not the only one! I guess that’s what hobby’s are for, least we get it how we want it. Just don’t let the mrs know prices!
  4. Got some spare gaskets if anyone needs some. £10 each/set
  5. Thought this was pretty cool so went ahead and bought 1
  6. Why not! New shift retainer, bushes, nuts & bolts and collars, fuel pump cover and retainer.
  7. Waste-gates and screamer pipes now plumbed in nicely. After upgrading the injectors it was found the intake system had been sealed with silicone. Not sure why as I bought a full gasket kit for the car. Not good.!. Anyway, Ordered some proper gaskets for it. Just leaves staging the fuel pumps now and a bit of Syvecs wiring.
  8. Popped to the garage today. 2 more days work to do and she’s ready to start running in. Finally! Cannot wait.
  9. If anyone has a pair fitted could you do me a massive favour and measure the size for the number plate? This would be to completely the gap. Thank you
  10. Where did you get the wing painted?
  11. Upgraded the smaller 1000cc fic injectors to the new 1440cc ones. Be able to map in and run meth now which is a nice option to have.
  12. Or use one of these off the filter to rail line.
  13. Possibly same as mine yes! I assume we will run -8an feed to the -8an filter then put a -6an to -8an adapter off the filter for the -6an to the rail yes mate.
  14. Just asked John why too. I only have one rail mate. he said that’s for dual feed rail with return in the middle. looking at my fic rail it’s just single feed and single return
  15. Mine is like so - -8an feed from hanger to -8an fuel filter then 2x -6an lines from fuel filter to rail. -6an line from fuel rail to aeromotive a1000 regulator. -6an line from regulator to flex fuel sensor. -6an return line from flex fuel sensor to hanger.
  16. So regarding insurance, it’s fine telling them that actually it’s a 6speed rz turbo. But if a accident did happen (god forbid) would it be fully covered if the Dvla spec it as something different than what it’s insured for?
  17. Thanks mate I’ll give them a call. was hoping more people had this issue but clearly not
  18. I’ve got a Whifbitz 3-4” adapter if needed mate.
