  1. Been told it will be fine but I'm still worried about stress and cracking on downforce ect. Also need advise on drilling the holes and getting it straight and level. Was thinking Maybe, Anti vibration spacers or rubber pads between the bolts and bootlid to avoid any cracking or more stress! Thanks in advance
  2. Haha brilliant, was curious what it was but not serious about wanting one, I've got a half carbon trd now! It was either the trd or oem spoiler and opted for the trd.
  3. Previous owner has said it is a old greedy one... Either way, it looks better now cleaned and sprayed up!! Although I did break a few fins as they were brittle and old, did the best I could.. Assume it will affect the cooling but not to much I hope..
  4. Front bumper side retainers left and right. And also need rear boot spoiler protectors, clips and bolts, left and right. Please let me know asap as need them quick. Many thanks
  5. Yea tried them also mate! Not one of theirs either pal
  6. Was thinking the same thing pal. Just wondered what the toyo radiator stamp was!? Unless they all have that? Quiet a few of the fins have now broken on the first layer where they become brittle though! Hoping that won't affect anything, got to be better than bent up ones!? Give it a good coat of paint and laquer and should look much better!
  7. In the process of using tweezers and straightening the fins and painting for a clean look. Can't figure out exactly what make it is, looks identical to hks but unsure as it doesn't have any stamp, although it does have one stamp on top with a number 20309 or 20308 hard to tell exactly!! Also says toyo radiator but toyo don't make this as I've already asked them!
  8. Seen this spoiler and really want it, any ideas where to source one? It uses the original spoiler on top!
  9. Yea was thinking about applying ppf
  10. Yea really easy to open prying with a screwdriver! Just make sure the sealant is heated enough
  11. Oven time was around 2-5mins but I was cautious so kept checking and prying as I could. I went onto reseal the light with auto sealant This is the finished result, I might even do a finer compound finish once fitted to the car, but I will snap a shot when fitted to the supra later this week. As you will see I didn't de-line them as I wanted to keep the original look and avoid dispersed light!!
  12. As we all know our plastic Jap lenses cloud and grab oxidisation. Mine were no exception, I gave them a good machine polish but wasn't enough. As you can see my passenger side was still rather cloudy.. So I split the headlights using the oven on a temp of 100 degrees, and tin foil to stop any melting.. I then used a screw driver and worked my way around to pull apart, I then reheated at same temp with the same process in the oven to remove all the sealant. (Or as much as I could) They already had Matt black sprayed innerds but where the lense had pushed against the inserts I had flat spots, so I've gloss blacked them now! Using tetrosyl gloss black. 1can! Still drying as you can see! Go the lenses I used a 600grit paper, then some fine, used lapping paste I got from work. Got home from work, then used green top 3m compound and das machine polisher on the inside and outer lense. Absolutely great result, just one more lense to do them reassemble with new sealant. Will update when assembled and then fitted.
  13. Should be able to make this as long as the supra is ready. Put me down
  14. Just done mine with royal purple synchromax.
