  2. removing the factory oil squirters we increase oil pressure which can greatly benefit bearing life. On short run vehicles or motors with billet pistons, cooling effects from oil squirters are minimal, whereas bearing life becomes critical. $151 for the set.

  5. Real street recommended arp bolts and also recommend over 1000hp will need billet mains. Oem polished and balanced crank good for up to 1500hp
  6. Yea will be adding oem head gasket set. With new stem seals etc. Already got billet tensioner and welded sprocket. Thanks, will look into dampener, and oil pump was going to be new oem I only opted to go for billet main caps for safety, and 625s for rev ranges. Polished balanced crank will be plenty good enough but what’s their limit?

  13. Got to say I’ve seen quite a few underbody restorations where they cover nuts, bolts, rubber grommets and even some of the lines. Which just hides things and makes things more difficult to remove later on although mine didn’t have rust anywhere, I made the decision just for extra protection long term, although it’s never used in the wet etc, I decided I wanted it done. I’m currently having my complete underbody restoration finished off now by little Num Will start a thread on the project with all the pics once complete
  14. As I’ve just purchased a spec stage 3+ clutch for my v160. I’m wondering if my DMF will be enough to support the single turbo kit upgrades? I assume I’ll get around 700bhp with the GTX3584RS turbo kit on stock internals. Unsure on ftlbs results So any advice would be great.
