Around 11s but very erratic as it starts to stutter

Bit of a update . So I’ve gone over the leads and everything I can think of again. Took it for a quick run up the road and if I put it in 2nd it seems to be ok/better but if I put it into D. And try to come on boost hard it’s just missing all the way through the rev range.. Hi rider thanks I will give him a bell if I have no luck .

Pulled a plug out

Morning guys and girls hope everyone is keeping well.. Ok. So before the lockdown my car developed a miss/stutter on boost. my thoughts were the plugs/leads I had a similar problem on my old supra and was old plugs. And I’ve done lots of web searches. So I’ve changed out the plugs to the same that came out Ngk r bcr8es. And changed the leads to B&B OML 10mm silicone performance HT leads. But I still have the misfire . Plugs are at stock gap should I regap ? I have checked all pipes for boost leak all looks fine . Anything else I should be checking. I’m looking to get rid of some of the hoses on my Na-t and would like to weld the intercooler pipes . Could anyone recommend a welder that can do intercooler pipe and maybe the turbo cold side.. but don’t want to spend a fortune. Maybe £200 if that’s even possible. Cheers dan

Mellonman .. I think he’s definitely been unlucky. I know people including myself have used well known supra tuner/builders and been completely ripped off by them..apparently using quality parts and still failing.

All depends on your budget mate. I am auto so limited to what standalone ecu I can run. Manual have a better choice. Aem would be a cheaper option for you or go all out and go link .. there are a few Na-t guys on here maybe they could give their opinion

Don’t go Greddy. I have the emu it does work well on my setup and has been on the car since 2014 but can’t find anyone now to tune it.

WoW I thought watching the news was depressing.

It’s definitely ruff time. I’ve not worked since the lockdown. I’m a self employed network cable installer and all my jobs have ether been put back or completely cancelled . I can’t see any work coming my way anytime soon. So the money I do have will go on bills and mortgage . But I won’t be selling the supra just yet .
