I had no airbag and didn't disconnect battery when I did mine. And like Scott M said, leave the centre nut on the thread a few turns. Because if you don't and your pulling too hard it'll smash you in the face very hard!!

Just to be different and because Ive got the same dilemma, I'm going to say go Top Secret I've an after market bumper to fit to my car all painted up and ready to go on, but I can't decide if I want to stay stock or not either -

Welcome buddy, you've come to the right place for Supras And the ones for sale on here are all pretty well looked after too. Black is definitely the best colour so find yourself a nice one (I'm not being buyest because my Supra is black) +1 on some pics of your dad's Supra

I used to hate the beeping noise but now I never notice it. Kind of like when the girlfriend moans or tells you to do something, you just switch off to it after a while
