Lol Bl00dy kids, I hate them.... and Christmas

Obviously after spending a few grand you don't expect the paint to get in such a bad way, but for anyones who's had their car done at Knight Racer. I was wondering did the damage happen after the cars had been left out over winter or are they garaged at all? Also Knight Racer has moved recently too haven't they? In which case they might be better now as they used somebody next door to their old unit to spray up parts right?

I never found anything when I had the seats out my car So I'm off now to rip out the carpet and become rich!!

Yeah they do seem like nice guys, I've chatted to them on/off for 2 months about getting my car in. But even if they are nice, if they do a rubbish job on all the cars I won't be using them Need other people on the club to come forward if they've had work done by them to say if their car is ok. I only know one other person who has been to them, his car seems ok a year onwards. I think Matt H had his car done there too, am I right?

That's terrible, must be so frustrating spending all that money for it to mess up like that I'm due to get a front bumper and some oem skirts and spats put on at Knight Racer, but now I'm worried my car will not be done properly either. Arrrghhh what to do?! Let us know how you get on...

I think the steering wheels with the flat/square edged bottom look really good. I've got an Isotta Katiena steering wheel, looks very stylish

Oh yeah I know basically where you are, you'll have to come to the Basingstoke meets and Japfest Was quite a few of us in Basingstoke, but in the last 1-3yrs they've been disappearing. I can think of 3 members who have sold theirs who live here, 2 of which were sold but not because they wanted to sell up but because they had to for personal circumstances A few of us meet most months for Basingstoke Supra meets, I'll send you a pm when there's one on again I fully dislocated my shoulder when I fell on some ice on Chrsitmas eve morning, it ruined Christmas I thought dislocating your shoulder was something you just popped back in and away you go. But you can't as it tears and stretches your muscles and ligaments when it pops out, I also damaged the socket where it sort of pops into when I fell over. The pain when you tear the muscles is unreal let alone the dislocation and fall!! And because I'm a mobile engineer who works on his own, my company said I can't come in till I'm fit enough to do my job. getting there one day at a time, very slow and stressfull process So maybe see you at a Basingtoke meet at some point?

Big thanks to Jon / GreaseMonkey for coming up and sorting out my gearbox problem earlier. Simple problem in the end, there was a bit of broken plastic inside which had come away. And everytime I selected "L" and "P" it would catch on the shifter stopping it from going into gear So cheers for sorting it Jon and my 10sec repair on my bonnet too Sure you've your more detailed way of telling everyone how you repaired the gearbox P.S- Thanks for taking me out in the Starlet, that thing is cool

If it's only a concept, you can guarantee when it's made it'll look nothing near as stunning as that

Makes me laugh, people wanting to remove skirts and go for the stock look. Where as I'm completely stock and want skirts fitted, we're never happy with what we've got
