  1. Hey got home at 5:10pm, had a good convoy going after leaving the petrol station. And once everyone had turned off to go their separate ways, Wile e Coyote, DodgyRog and I had a 3 Supra convoy for the next 100 miles till I turned off for Basingstoke Cheers for all those who helped make this event happen, it was such an epic event!! And thanks to all those taking pics and filming the convoys. It's always funny to see somebody hanging out of a car dangerously just to take a pic as you pass Was great meeting everyone and putting names to faces and seeing members cars. We definetly had some real fun speeding around the French roads, even if I did get lost a few times and lead quite a lot of people round a roundabout a dozen times at one point I also couldn't help but beep my horn when setting off from everywhere I hate being home, I really can't wait till the next Dragonball. I hope everyone made/makes it home safely
  2. Has anyone else told their insurance company that they're going abroad and has anyone got European breakdown cover? Rob (TRD-Rob) if you've just read this, well you should get breakdown cover. Or even better, you might want the AA to just follow you about France mate as your car is not exactly the most reliable thing in the world is it?
  3. There's going to be a lot of tired, grumpy people on this trip
  4. Alright, alright we heard you the first time That's fantastic news mate, a lot of hard work but she's ready on time for you. But wow talk about cutting things fine No rush for Ashford, just get there early evening or something, as said- better late than never. Can't wait to see it
  5. OMG!! You really should've booked the night at the hotel
  6. Wow that's a nice Supra, amazing price too considering what works been done to it!!
  7. And with the 24hr security guards with machine guns? I thought the name of the hotel rung a bell from being mentioned earlier in the thread Cheers matey
  8. Oh dear What was the name of the hotel we're staying at in France, anybody know? Or even an address?

    I am a Newbie

    Welcome to the club!!
  10. I thought my 1hr 49 minutes, 104.7 miles was far enough to the hotel, but clearly not as you guys are worse off This should be an amazing trip, just a pity some people are droppong out so close to the event
  11. I've been looking for those, thanks
  12. Cheers for all the good comments guys, I'm dead chuffed with how my Supra is looking now As said for a couple of people who have asked but might have missed it, it's a HKS Kansai front lip replica, I haven't seen anyone else with it on the club so thought it would be nice to be different Now for the Dragonball
  13. I feel the same way when people ask me what front lip is it I've just fitted, I don't like telling them as I want to be the only one on the club with it

Welcome to the club mate!! Any pics of your single turbo supra?
  15. Well the UK plate is definetly going on the car, because earlier when I drove my car out of the garage I knocked over the Jap plate (Which was resting against the garage wall) And I drove over it, putting a crack down one side Well at least I'm now sorted on which plate to have on my car
  16. Wow it's going to be ready for the Dragonball!! That's brilliant news I honestly thought you were going to miss it The car is looking great, be good to see it in the flesh in a few days time
  17. Apparently Prince Harry has been reported missing after a secret fancy dress party somewhere in Pakistan...
  18. If it was a good looking policewoman I could blow her a kiss, but I'd probably get in more trouble for that than for having no plates UK is definitely the safer option if I don't want pulled over and having the car looked over for anything else that is wrong. And judging by the comments a UK plate wins hands down, think I only saw one comment saying they liked the Jap plate
