He's only had the phone 4 weeks and you want him to take it to bits? My girlfriend hated her Blackberry as it played up constantly, she ended up just cancelling the contract and buying another phone as it become too much trouble. Maybe your phone was faulty before and it's just coincidence it played up after you getting it a little wet?
