  1. They used to have pnp adapter box back then and i am actually still running that adapter to date but now with newer Thunder ecu(upgrade from vipec v88). I just don't understand why they drop that product.
  2. Yes, wideband can be connected, and yes knock detection works well as long as you have the sensor calibrated properly for your engine. You could actually download latest copy of the link software and load up kurofune's sample map and you can see all the features that are supported. I wish Thunder also have analog volts out like in Kurofune !!!! Link should have done this ahead of other ecu....hmm..
  3. great to see if linkecu support autobox out of the box... or at least having support for autobox.
  4. Hi Chris, I am from Australia/Malaysia so yeah the car was mapped by JPC.com.au in Melbourne, Australia. The car is now in Malaysia. It is really good ecu but i do find it slow in releasing new stuff vs other brands.
  5. Just sharing my experience with Vipec/Link Ecu. I have been running Vipec v88 on my 98 JDM VVTI supra since 2009 and it has been running great. VVTI, DBW, Knock Control everything work great. Just earlier this year i have upgraded v88 to latest Link Thunder ecu with a lot more features on it. Digital wideband onboard x 2, onboard thermocouple input x 2, and especially the 3-axis accelerometer just fun to have.
  6. Hey Chris_Wilson, Would you have email address that i contact you ? Thanks.
  7. Let me know when you have got all the info. Thx. Guys , anyone else who can supply any other ecus that will run vvti engine while still keeping drive by wire and who can supply plug and play loom with base map for supra that has bpu upgrade like FMIC and exhaust ? Thanks.
  8. Hi Chris, Any updates yet ? Thanks.
  9. Thx for your quick response. Can you let me know once you found out ?
  10. PM sent! No reply yet ??? Or does anyone else can supply this ? if not the ecu, i need map and the plug and play adapter. anyone ? Thanks.
