  1. Nice work Scott. What sort of power are you going for Scott, might be able to work out your terminal speed and 1/4 mile time;)
  2. I think she's the spits of you mate. My Sofia was laughing her heart out at that.
  3. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3523/4023805445_d33f62e504_o.jpg I like the look of this. The way to do arch work to get drag/wider wheels on.
  4. I know mate, the wife's getting fed up with it all now. It's off the road now until it goes to Lee again. I have my sights on a nice Mk1 GTi so could spend some time on that next year.
  5. Mine has put a Land Range Evoque on her Xmas list, I don't think Santa can fit one on his sleigh well that's going to be my excuse anyway.
  6. I'm still not 100% on how far to go with mine.
  7. Jessica welcome to the club, what a nice supra you have and that launch looks very impressive. Dont worry about Scott, he sometimes ruins threads like this because other members don't get his logical thinking and then has to scream and stamp his feet until everyone gives up the will to live.
  8. Jamie P did one this summer that came out alright. I'm sure he did a little step by step thing about it.
  9. Really interesting work your doing here Ryan, I would never be able to get a GTR but loving the results your having. Keep it up bud.
  10. Not a fan of the black tubby but each to there own. The rest looks pretty good Scott good work. Have you decided which clutch your going for?
  11. I had a standard TT Jspec so about 280hp and it went into SRD for a service it came out 647rhhp amazing what a service can do;)

    hi folk new here

Hi and welcome to the club. Where abouts in Lancs are you from.
  13. Enjoyed that, great to see us British produce high end engineering.
  14. Looks a good bit of kit your doing. Shame I have a silver car as I think a silver car and carbon looks a bit chavy. Otherwise I'd be sending you a box full of parts.
  15. Just got a copy of JP mate, car looks stunning. I think my daughter likes your car aswell bud.
  16. Happy birthday bud. Hope Adan doesn't see this thread.
  17. I just thought it was close enough to be the same thing. As you say it's virtually impossible to know what % a car has from engine to the hubs.
  18. Sorry for my lack of knowledge but the results from a hub dyno are measured at the wheels so why would you think that's more the fwhp. There will be some losses but may not be 15%. I would think the only way round it would be to go ona hub dymo then straight onto an engine dyno. Luc if your are wanting a built engine and you can afford it then fill your boots I will be looking forward to the build thread.
  19. Sure Hodge has updated ARP rod bolts, main and head bolts, cams and ACL race bearing etc. I thought about going this route mate but after chatting will Lee I didn't see the point. I'm planning the same mods as Hodge and running a 7675 through it. If your keeping the same turbo just seems a waste especially as you say you don't want big big power.
  20. Must be a sorry state of affairs if you have to big up your own birthday to get attention. I may remember next year.
  21. Put it this way it's going back into SRD this winter. After getting off the phone this evening from Lee Im letting him help me find the spark again and fit a number of bits and pieces that I bought in the summer that have been collecting dust on his shelf. It's now off the road until spring!
