What did you do when you sprayed it yourself? I did mine in black, that lasted about 5 months, but i wanted a change, so last week I redid it Side note, dont use nitromors to remove old paint on plastic! I used plasti-kote primer, halfords rattle can (Rover Ametheyst) and halfords laquer. Took about 5 hours all in, and the finish is great, ill post some pics later.

I can see my sound system, beyond that my supra, to my right and out the door is our mini skate park. with a display area (TV currently playing Sprung 5.1) Then theres another sales and display area, ,workshop, upstairs more offices, metal work room, snooker table, gym and photo studio. Some lads were in front of me in a car down the motorway, turned and stared at the car. Nothing new I thought. Then they trew something out of the window at me and started laughing. I just pulled round them, straddled both lanes and dropped my speed to 10mph. They stopped laughing then.

Personally, I train 100% harder at the gym. It's to easy at home to do half a work out and get tired, and give in. Where as at the gym, I feel a LOT more motivated. And the best peice of equipment? A good training partner.
