Laurent, As the email you yourself forwarded me but your response back to him was not included I had Kory send me your response to screen shot it and post since everyone seems to be making a big stink about this situation and cluttering my posts in our section. On January 6th Kory told you that he could refund you via paypal OR give you a credit. As you see you responded with you wanting a credit and that you had planned to purchase more parts. I'm a bit unclear what exactly the issue is and why everyone seems to be trying to attack our thread? Either way Kory issued your refund yesterday so you no longer have a credit on file. The issue was your payment method shows paypal and he could not find it. When I brought it to his attention yesterday I made him dig into it and he found your credit card payment. It was done and issued yesterday for the full amount. Regards, Robert

Kory has been speaking to Lau via email in regards to this from what I can see for sometime. I do not personally handle any of the refunds/credits nor know how a majority of that works.
