  1. you won't get in without them, some smart arses on here will probably say you can but I've done a few and you wont get in with a ratchet and socket in a lot of places, especially around the exhaust manifold.
  2. You will need a 12 and 14mm flex ratchet spanner to get at most stuff, i am doing one at moment. I have done a few and it's always a PITA.

  4. spray every nut and bolt and the twins side with lots of plus gas everyday for about a week, and get some spare knuckles.
  5. I have a full na in parts, but i sold the engine. They don't really fetch a deal. I am just after and engine. what mileage has got on it. Later ones have the crank angle sensor. has it got one?
  6. it is defo over full. I blew a piston and hydrolocked my engine with oil from putting 0.5litres too much in by accident (it's a long story). On low boost you should be ok but on high boost you will defo bend a con rod or damage a piston. I have the badge to prove it. Better to run too low than too high IMO, within reason.
  7. Sods law, I sold my spare one last month and now I need another one.
  8. I need to identify the cams in my sup. I have got the rocker cover off and the exhuast side has some numbers written on them in pen, I can only make out the number 2 and 6 and written the other way is what looks like 272 or 172. I have measured the lobes at 44.5mm Any help would be appreciated. Maybe they are stock. The inlet cam has "no1" cast into it.

  10. saab redtop 2.0 16v turbo engine and turbo for sale. 100k miles full history. can be seen running and still in car. fitted in auto so not had a hard life. These can make 400bhp+. Good for golf, jetta etc[ATTACH=CONFIG]138106[/ATTACH] pm me for details.

  14. when do you make full boost , does it hit hard around 4.5k?
  15. Any opinions on the above? does the billet really make 80-100 bhp more or is it just hype?
  16. t4 precision turbo t67dbb watercooled ball bearing turbo with 0.81 ar 3" v band downpipe output We used this turbo to tune the map and I have decided to buy a different type for my setup. In perfect working order and only done a few miles from new. Will make around 500+ bhp at 1.2 bar and 600bhp+ at higher boost with cams. Makes full boost at around 4000 rpm. Good street turbo. £900 o.n.o. shipped to UK mainland. for overseas please pm me with postcode for quote. I can get pictures over the weekend but you can see this turbo on google, its a t67dbb they all look the same.
