Anyone see the supra get squashed into the barrier by the lorry on police camera action? Went to pass the lorry on dual carriageway & the lorry just moved out to overtake the lorry in front & wedged the supra into the guard rail. I swear lorry drivers do this on purpose, clear road for a mile or so, 2 lorrys in the distance. Guarantee the lorry waits for you to catch up & go for the overtake before he decides to take the lorry hes behind. Then youre stuck for 5 miles.

I found out that the tour is booked up for the rest of 2008.

Black,1995 N, 53000 miles, cat1 toad ai606 al/im. Totally stock, apart from the dash but considering it was walnut when i got it, i think the carbon look is an improvement. Boot rubbers replaced. Tax & mot till March 09. Im the first UK owner. It came with a 12 month warranty, 7 months of it left & is transferable to a new owner. ive seen the tours going through this week & last. They are full of either old people or school kids with the occasional hot teacher Try leaving out that youre all supra owners & say youre the toyota fan club.

I bought an HKS silent hi-power. Still very quiet inside when going steady, roars when you put your foot down. People keep tellin me how good it sounds.

its always useful to be able to check if your car is making the boost it should be, or if youre going to buy a car check the turbo works properly. I looked at Skyline GTST R33's they have boost gauges but im told they are totally useless.

Im gonna sell mine in a few months. Petrol prices are making the decision easier. I love the car but its not very usable in the winter & in the dry i love the loud pedal too much, gonna get me in trouble . I could probably still get all my money back & after removing the exhaust & ssqv it will be totally stock. ive spent £170 on petrol so far this month, its really giving me an incentive to drive more steady just cant get enough of that acceleration.

That car has been there for ages, i remember seeing it on autotrader while i was trying to decide what car to get in Dec/Feb. Mine had a walnut dash, i found a carbon one for sale on here & got it for £100 which included both window switch bases, shift trim & map lamp. hmm, so what about rally cars, why do they have rear wings if they add drag/weight & they rarely get over 120mph? Are the skyline GTR's adjustable wings just for show? The supra wing sits in line with the roof doesnt it,wouldnt that aid air flow? whereas other cars have spoilers that are low & wouldnt have any effect. Id be more interested in finding out what the front auto spoiler does for the handling on a supra seeing as its optional from the factory.

the one that was fitted right before i picked the car up after buying the car worked at first then it wouldnt unlock centrally. They replaced the unit & its ok. Only time its gone off is when i was at the petrol station, locked the doors but didnt put the windows up.

check every switch works inside the car, basic.

i had that before christmas, parked in front of a wall thats about head height. Little muddy footprints on my bonnet where kids had used it to get over the wall. Dreading the summer holidays. Came round a bend last year to see a bunch of kids putting broken glass in the road.

Well ive always liked jap cars, before i really started at looking to buy a Supra & finding out more about them, i thought they were all twin turbo & id only ever seen 1 or 2 on the road before. Id say most people would assume it was a TT if they didnt know much about them.
