Mmmm...?? Thanx for the link but how can i find out its current offset then because i need to know it to be able to work out what the new alloys will be? If a rear wheel is 9.5" wide (including tyres)...does that help finding anything out? My current rear wheel measures approx 9.5" wide (including tyre) but still doesnt fill the arches without spacers? Cheers

Hiya, basically im looking for a new set of 18" alloys! I am currently on 18" alloys and the front tyre says "225/40 ZR 18" and the rears say "265/35 ZR 18"! Now i know the 18 is the size of the alloy but what does the rest represent? i want to find a set that are deeper and fill out the arches more so what offset should i be looking for that will give me deeper/or wider alloys? Cheers

Apart from looks does this actually do anything to increase performance or is it exactly the same as a normal manifold and throttle body but just polished? -
Cheers people! my dad had the car before me and he has enquired about the rattle before actually and he got told it was pinking back then too! whats pinking a cause of and how to resolve? just it could cost a bit taking it to a garage and asking them to find something without me knowing the cause of it!

I have a n/a manual and basically when im in a too higher gear for the speed im doing e.g. 30mph in 5th or im travelling along and need to slow down and then accelerate again without dropping down a gear i get a rattle from the engine that just sounds horrible! its usually around 1 - 1 and a half thousand revs and stops when i get past 2 thousand revs! Just wondered if anybody else gets this or if its quite usual or if theres anything i can do to sort it out? Just i dont always want to drop it down gears or feel as if i have to push it all the time! cheers

Yea something doesnt seem right losing to a 1.6 civic, i raced a 2.0 Honda Integra Type R (6 speed) the other day (without my nos) and it was roughly the same until about 110-120 and then i left it for dust all the way to 160 (160 on my clock so realistically 145mph!! took a while to get to there though )

How much did this cost you coz i have tints and havnt even bothered putting the stickers on coz it wont show through?

Well could you find out which company he is insured with (if its legitimate) coz that is bloody cheap! im 21 and thought i got a good deal as im paying 2000 for a n/a with a few mods including nos!

I got my SZ-R decated (2nd cat) last x-mas, definately does make it a lot louder and i had a silencer box put on it2! in terms of performance you aint really gona feel anything, but i suppose it will prob gain a few extra horses! i got mine done at powerflow for about 140 quid so not bad price!

I think they look better with a spoiler! as said some can pull it off depending on the kit, colour, lowered etc but most look better with 1 imo!

I have searched all posts about which wires need to be connected up to fit a HKS sld but all of them are for auto's only! Anyone have the ECU pinouts for a manual or knows anything about how i can find out about fitting one? Anything would be helpful!

I dont really know, whats the difference in the perspex headlights to the normal ones? if its the same shape etc as the normal lights it must have the same bracket to hold it in place! so yea if you could pm me when they are taken out that would be great!

The nos has only just been put on and with a proggressive controller to protect the engine! & with only 18,500 miles on the clock, the cars in mint condition! (apart from the front splitter as its so bloody low)

Im in need of this bit of the headlight! Its the bit that allows the light to be be bolted on to the car and can be taken off very easily, if anyone has one due to a broken headlight and does not need it i would be very greatful if someone could send me it! i will pay for postage if someone has one! cheers

As my supra is only on about 18,500 miles (genuine) anything above 50,000 is high mileage for me!
