  1. Hi tony, I was going to pm you actually saying they arrived today, so thanks for the quick delivery! I wasnt sure if i was supposed to change these but thought i may aswell change all of them now since i have the new ones anyway! Ok so the metal things got stuck in when you did it too? I have tried pulling them out with pliers but no luck! I will try with a screw-driver then! Cheers
  2. Hi, Now i have purchased the new seal kit from toyota so that i can refurb my brakes. In this kit i got some of these new rubber things (picture 1), so i thought i would take the old ones out so i can put these new ones in, picture 2 shows you where the new ones are located and picture 3 shows you them extended, the problem is that i tried taking the old ones out but only the rubber bit came out (which were glued to the metal bit) so i think the metal thing has stayed in and now the new ones dont fit.. ! There's no mention of changing these bits in the 'Refurbing brake caliper' thread so has anyone else changed these bits when refurbing their calipers and can help me please? Cheers
  3. Exactly what i was thinking!
  4. Even though i have the Vortex R's (& love them) i quite like the look of the 1st set, i think the black goes quite well with the colour of your car, but the Vortex R's are still lovely if you decide to stick with them.
  5. Funny you mentioned that because i was thinking the same a couple weeks ago, i did notice his membership has expired!
  6. To be fair i doubt he will break it now, its already over 2000 pounds on ebay and its got 6 days left. I suppose there's not too much damage so people are probably looking to just repair it and keep it as it is, rather than let us na owners have the engine out of it...[ANGRY][/ANGRY]
  7. Sorry but whats the difference?
  8. That looks lovely mate, really nice!
  9. That does sound pretty damn good for that price...although i assume you fitted the kit yourself which is always handy. Lets hope it stays reliable for you.
  10. They look good mate, i saw these, if they were green i would have probably had these!
  11. I know you said no dibbs, but please pm me if 'Supragirlie' doesnt want the chris wilson pads as i will want them. Cheers
  12. Yes i think the normal spoiler will use the same mounting holes as the MASSIVE one he has on at the moment. And if you wanted to go spoilerless, you will need to fill in the mounting holes, think you can buy rubber grommets or something to fill these in.
  13. That does sound quite cheap, my paintwork is not in that bad condition, was just wondering if it was an easier job just doing a sort of spray over with the same colour to get it looking new again to cover up imperfections and stone chips...wishful thinking i suppose.
  14. Well done, does look very nice! Can i ask...if you get your whole car resprayed but the same colour, does that mean it is a cheaper job and doesnt have to be done as well since its the same colour...? Or is that the stupidest thing asked ever and ofcourse its just as expensive and has to be done just as professionally?? [OOPS][/OOPS]
  15. True...might work! I will probably just stick them on ebay then, might sell there...unless someone really wants them but is just being shy...please feel free to make me an offer...
  16. Did not know him but very sad, R.I.P!
  17. Really...you should have given them to me, i would have tried to sell them for you...
  18. Hi, I have for sale a pair of OEM orange front indicators, looms and bulbs included, in good condition except one has a very small white blemish on the bottom corner, not on the indicator face. Also included in this fantastic sale is a pair of OEM orange side indicators, again looms and bulbs included, in good condition. Please see attached photo. I have no idea what these are worth so i would say 30 pounds + postage for them? (I am sure i will soon be told what these are actually worth) Now i am sure that these OEM parts are extremely sort after and demand will most probably be very high so i will be willing to split if required Thanx
  19. Dont worry about it mate, aslong as you are not in a rush to sell and can hold out you dont need to drop the price to ridiculous amounts like some have been going for! You may need to be open to offers mind you but it does look like a lovely supra so dont go dropping the price to something stupid.
  20. Both look ok but i would say the UK!
  21. They do look well nice, will really make your car look nicer!
  22. Clinton

    chavabout

    Hahaha...nice! They flew right out!
  23. I know i have been wanting a conversion for ages...but then most say n/a gearboxes cant take the power for long anyway so thats quite off-putting!
  24. He has mentioned what is included about 4 posts up... and no i dont think the brakes and clutch is included mate!
