  1. I think the TRD wing suits your car better. The stock wing works best on a stock body Supra IMO. The downside of the TRD wing is that it kind of ruins the lines of the car when viewed from the side. Other than that it looks sick.
  2. TRD wing on the red one. Is it full carbon or half carbon ? Thanks
  3. I'd always go for black if i had to do a full respray.
  4. Mine from a good angle A nice UK spec one
  5. Cheers Ricky but UK is too far for me at the moment. There are a lot of members from Germany though they must know something
  6. Hello guys, Want to do a full respray on the Supra in the original color (3L2). Can you recommend any good body shops in Hungary, Austria or Germany where i can do this ? I really want it perfect. Thanks in advance. Alex
  7. Congratulations for the new car ! I have two newer cars as well (2004 and 2007) and the Supra drivers better then both. It's such an amazing car.
  8. That's some crazy power for £2500 !! I'll share this link to NA owners asking about power mods lol
  9. Great price mate. I would buy that just for the engine
  10. Tell me about it ...
  11. Nice Rob ! Kind of rare moment, reuniting with a Supra after you sell her. She looks sweet.
  12. Spot on Jake ! Same goes with other new sports cars and the Supra.
  13. Facelift all the way ... Black all the way ... perfect combination.

    N/A tuning

The only real way to make a NA faster is to go NA-T. It isn't particularly cheap when done right and won't be as reliable as a stock TT. Swapping the engine with a GTE is a probably a better\cheaper option, if you can find the right engine that is ... Personally i consider other mods besides a catback exhaust useless on a NA.
  15. As Jamie said, Supra wheels need to be wider and staggered. 8.5J fronts and 9.5J rears should be the minimum sizes when changing to aftermarket wheels.
  16. A shop in Hungary already has a modified sump that replaces the stock Aristo sump and converts it into a Supra one. Copy paste this into the search box on the website : Toyota Supra MK4 2JZ-GTE 2JZ-GE hátul összefolyós komplett olajteknő (házilag átalakított) http://www.tuningaruhaz.hu/site/site_main.php?id_horizontal_menu=1 I have the same problem, i find only Aristo 2JZ's for sale ...
  17. Fitting a VVTI 2JZ-GTE in a non-VVTI Supra and making everything run as it should requires a lot of work. Also, it is easier to modify a non-VVTi 2JZ. The Aristo lump has a front oil sump and is much more common, whilst the Supra lump has a rear oil sump and it's harder to get.
  18. I am exactly the same mate I want everything working 100%, as it should. Thanks for the wishes !
  19. My knowledge with this kind of stuff is very limited at the moment. Has this issue something to do with the fact that the car\engine are the VVTi models? Would it be easier to do this kind of conversion with 100% functionality on a non-vvti NA + non-vvti GTE ? I really hope you manage to get it working perfectly. The Supra TT is such an awesome car, hope i convert mine this year too, or get the engine at least. Best of luck Alex
  20. Lovely car, mate. I really like this color. Did you manage to do the engine swap on yours ?
  21. The Supra did well in those races. It had somewhere between 150 and 200 whp less. It beat the 1250awhp Stage3 UGR Gallardo easily. I think the Supra is one of the toughest adversaries for a TT Gallardo. Considering we are talking about a brand new, ultra expensive supercar vs a japanese sports car from the early 90's, the Supra gets my thumbs up.
  22. Even if the Supra is a much older car, it still has advantages over the GTR. The engine and gearbox are better. It has a manual gearbox and you can really DRIVE IT. The Supra consistently runs better times in the standing mile events, despite the GT-R's mega launch. A 1000hp Supra can easily be driven on the street but it cannot feel like a ultra modern car, because it isn't. If Toyota would of produced a new Supra using the old recipe, it would probably obliterate everything, when it comes to highly modified cars \ street racing.
  23. Didn't know that, let's hope he gets back in. Wow, even the V160 can easily break at those kinds of HP.
