  1. I can't believe this ... What a waste !!
  2. Spray it pink. Regardless of the condition, 99% of the buyers will be running the opposite direction.
  3. I've seen LHD examples go in the £40k mark, already. Stock \ Extremely low mileage \ facelift \ 6 spd ones of course.
  4. Voted ! Easily the best looking car there. Voted the black Civic second.
  5. I like both stock and TRD, but with the right wheels and lip, I'd ultimately choose the TRD one.

    Boot rust!

I had a few almost unnoticeable marks on the inside area of the boot on my J-spec, nothing on the outside areas though. This is bad It breaks my heart to see Supras rusted like this. Definitely UK weather is bad for the poor cars. The underside of mine didn't look that good either because of it ( and imported in 2002)
  7. Much better mate ! Retrim the seats with leather and get a stock knob and you have the perfect Supra interior.
  8. Me 2 mate, but without a Supra, i'm afraid... Huge taxes here, not so huge wages... I agree, Sheefa . The GT-R lacks 3 things when compared to the Supra (apart from the manual transmission) : The amazing looks, the fun to drive and the SOUL. The GT-R has no SOUL or personality whatsoever. It's like powering up a PS3 and launching a game. Thinking otherwise, if you want a newer, faster JDM with tuning potential up to par with the Supra, there is no alternative other than the GT-R is it... So got to understand the people making the move. I've sold my Supra ( btw bought off this forum in 2008) a while ago due to high taxes here ( + family troubles with my dad passing away), i won't probably ever own a MKIV again, even though there isn't a better car for me and nothing else i would buy if i had more money. However, i promise to keep my membership valid until this will no longer be possible. It would be impossible for me not do my everyday browsing of this forum and see everyone chat. This is surely still one of the most active car forums in the WORLD ! I love it, it's like you ask a question you get 10 replies in 15 minutes Do that on a another car forum...
  9. According to the latest news I'm reading all over the internet, the new Supra will developed by the combined efforts of Toyota and BMW and might use the current BMW 6 series platform. If all of this is true, the Supe ending up with the 2014 BMW M3 I6 turbo engine too, isn't that far off. Though i would personally prefer Toyota to build a new engine for the Supra themselves, that engine from BMW is a great option and can keep the identity of the Supra alive for sure. Unfortunately, at this time, these are only speculations flowing all over the internet.
  10. Hopefully not... Not really a fan of those kind of engines. Rumors are that Toyota and BMW will be developing the new Supra. Also, the new Supra could be based on BMW 6 series. So how about using the 450hp Inline 6 Turbo, yummy, yummy, from the 2014 BMW M3 Now that's more Supra !
