  1. This must be the forth or fifth car someone has posted an eBay link to a car you are selling, why don't you advertise any of your car stock on the forum?
  2. Having the option, I would go VVTi every time as there are no longer any downsides with regards to tuning. Top end of your budget would get you a nice automatic example; http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?342977-1996-Facelift-TT-BPU-Unique-TwinZ-Kit-Immaculate and http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?343946-1993-Supra-TT-BPU-Auto
  3. Pictures, specifically detailed photos of the rubbers please.

When did you last drain the catch can? That air filter looks saturated.
  5. Hide 'n' Seat - http://www.hidenseat.co.uk
  6. Someone in Germany too, not sure what they are called. E2A Found zee Germans 'ere - http://www.rindt-felgen.com
  7. Thanks, can you tell me what the DOT codes are on the good tyres please?
  8. What are the offsets on the front and rear wheels? What are the DOT codes on the tyres?
  9. First off, hi & welcome A bit of useful info for you below; Download the PDF in the OP here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?67644-What-to-check-when-buying-a-Supra Check out the two PDF's in the OP here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?59334-Supra-Guide-and-Model-Differences-Chart If you have a search of the forum for questions you might have you will often find they have been covered several times. Like wise don't be afraid to ask a question (no matter how much you feel a total muppet!) if you can't find an answer or if it's an old thread. We all have to start somewhere and we all like the entertainment - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?33100-boot-release-how-to-( Also be realistic, do you have an idea of what you are looking to spend and what your ideal car would be? E2A Nice car here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?342977-1996-Facelift-TT-BPU-Unique-TwinZ-Kit-Immaculate
  10. As your car has already been there why not pay CW a visit and get him to sort you out.
  11. Must be worth £300 - £350 depending on condition.
  12. Probably because they are quicker but there is less "driver involvement"
  13. Aftermarket you have the choice of Amuse, Veilside and a GReddy I think, trying to find any of these will be difficult. There is only one 3.5" exhaust on the UK market, TB Developments exhaust based on the Amuse R1 and it looks a nice bit of kit. E2A 1st & 2nd 3.5' decat pipes with flex joint à la OEM here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?338434-TB-Developments-TT-Decat-Pipes 3.5" exhaust here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?331224-Tempted-to-make-my-own-range-of-exhausts or contact GReddy US about their new exhaust here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?343956-NEW-GReddy-Exhaust-Prototyping
  14. Just goes to show you can't polish a turd, how many colours has this car been now? Imagine the cost to make this look like a Supra again.
  15. I thought the best place for an oil temperature sender is in the bottom of the sump.
  16. There is a vast difference in opinion as to what they are worth. Personally I wouldn't pay more than £300 for a mint OEM pair and did a few months ago - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?342214-OEM-Facelift-17-quot-wheels A refurbished set were listed for £600 and sold, if that was the price paid I couldn't tell you - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?342668-OEM-17-amp-amp-quot-Wheels-Staggered-8J-9-5J Set for sale here without centre caps - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?341745-Stock-17-quot-alloy-wheels Budget tyres? What is the DOT rating? How much tread is left? If they were mine I'd be looking to let them go for £200 - £250.
  17. You need to know the shipping and insurance costs as well as the purchase price then convert that total to GBP using the HMRC exchange rates - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/hmrc-exchange-rates-for-2017-monthly to get the import value. Then calculate the import duty and then calculate the VAT, remember the VAT is paid on the total customs value.
  18. Here are the part numbers for the discs, you could also get CW's pads for a better price than the OEM pads.
  19. Bought those too at the beginning of the year
  20. Amayama (https://www.amayama.com/en) or TCB (http://www.tcbparts.co.uk).
  21. £300 without tyres does seem rather cheap even taking into account a refurb. Decent sizes and offsets too, they shouldn't hang around at that price.
  22. Any reason you went 264/272 on an auto? I thought a 256/264 was better suited to autos as it's staggered similar to the OEM set-up. Bit of cam reading here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?85172-272in-264ex-vs-256in-264ex-cam-setup-test-results Sorry I can't be of more help, hopefully CW will pop in...^ and there he is
  23. Any reason you wouldn't consider Michelin Pilot Sport 4 PS4, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup or Michelin Pilot Super Sport? PS4's get a great review, apparently they are an update on the Super Sports - http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Michelin/Pilot-Sport-4.htm and here http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/91858/michelin-pilot-sport-4-review
