  1. What about MOOG parts? https://www.moogparts.com/find-my-part/find-my-part-results.html?parttype=&apptype=AUTOMOTIVE&options=1996~Toyota~Supra&values=1996~Toyota~Supra
  2. You have already answered your own question. Also, forget about the aquaplaning 315 width and go with a 40 profile rear. A decent LSD too, no use it going for that sort of power if you don't have one.
  3. You putting a cage in this Jake?
  4. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?355913-Is-the-club-site-software-having-problems&p=4312757&viewfull=1#post4312757
  5. Did he have a build thread?
  6. The thread on MSOC. Or post it here if that is allowed.
  7. Can you send me a link via PM please.
  8. What wheels sizes Dunk?
  9. Get 'em out herbster, buy a stainless set from Chris Wilson and forget all about them Glad things are starting to turn a corner for you
  10. If she wasn't so distasteful this might have been a good tune. In for a penny, in for a Great British Pound! Could I get this more off topic?
  11. She did! [video=youtube;nIKBEs-rtAA]
  12. This is meant in the nicest possible way and I really don't think anyone will mind but ask permission. PM one of the mods or event mods first. I have reported this thread to get someones attention so hopefully a mod will chime in soon. Regarding the OP I believe he's cool
  13. No idea I am afraid. That is beyond my pay grade and anything club related has to go through JB. Ultimately it's his name and his baby, then it would be down to the event mods to organise.
  14. Patience, young padawan it's only been 24 hours. Most people don't have the privilege of accessing the net during work.
  15. I would imagine it was either a PA (doubtful now I think about it) more probable that is was a glorified complaint handler. When I got the other address it took over a month to get a reply but it came directly from him, signed sealed and delivered with a kiss. I had high hopes but nothing ever materialised.
  16. That's not the one I used as I was told it goes straight to his PA but it would be worth a try. It was given to me from someone who knows him personally.
  17. That sounds interesting, I know info can be picked up on Toyodiy but didn't realise there was something this in-depth out there. They went with the soft safe option and I feel they would point in the direction of Lexus if people wanted a performance vehicle from them now. I do have Paul Van der Burgh's email address from when I contacted him about the petition and our forum so it wouldn't be too hard to make him aware of something like this.
  18. The MKIV is a constant reminder to Toyota of how great they once were, never to be replicated and never to be matched. I see it like a thorn in their side. A constant reminder of how they sold out. https://www.change.org/p/chris-nielson-toyota-motor-corp-to-hear-the-needs-of-it-s-supra-owners-and-to-continue-producing-parts?recruiter=517577066&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=autopublish&utm_term=share_sms_responsive&utm_content=ex35%3Acontrol&use_react=false http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?346087-Supra-Petition-Please-Sign-Updated http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?355002-Heritage-program-Poll-for-A80-Supra-parts-(Mods) The US forum had the same going on their side of the pond. We didn't get anywhere
  19. Thank link should have been pinned.
  20. Which just goes to prove the point, just because "Supra" it doesn't mean it's worth ££££'s! But try explaining this to people along with supply and demand and market over saturation and they just bury their heads in the sand as they don't want to accept fact. I think Toyota would tell us all to do one in all honestly. I don't think Toyota hold the MKIV in high regard. After all the input from this forum and it's members a few years ago, plus the US side too you could be forgiven for expecting a decent heritage programme rather than the recent p155 poor effort they decided to roll out. Toyota using previous marques to attend public events with the MKV is purely a publicity stunt and to draw the crowds in.
  21. 32K for VVT-i 6 speed - https://www.autotrader.com.au/car/10310845/toyota/supra/nsw/blacktown/hatchback 25K for a pre-facelift 6 speed - https://www.autotrader.com.au/car/10957238/toyota/supra/nsw/lansvale/hatchback 24K for a facelift VVT-i tiptronic - https://www.autotrader.com.au/car/11002916/toyota/supra/qld/slacks-creek/liftback 15.5k for an SZ-R - https://www.autotrader.com.au/car/10420825/toyota/supra/qld/slacks-creek/coupe Seems to roughly fit with riders thread. On the two top adverts i'd say like most of the adverts we get on the UK Autotrader and eBay UK they are chancers (due to condition and mileage) but it's gives a rough idea but also harkens back to "because Supra" ££££'s. Not the production numbers as such, there was a lot of misinformation circling the net in the early years and I have no idea how accurate that site is or where he got his info but it does give an insight. I don't think you are alone in feeling that about his site but it's the best there is at the moment and probably a nice little money earner too!
  22. Classic supply and demand. Japan is the only source of clean JDM Supra's. The RHD market will go there for mint examples and now the LHD market can pick up comparatively cheap Supra's that have hit their 25 year legal import that would be why the prices are like they are today in Japan. Supply is drying up fast. We are pretty much inline with Australia so I would say things are pretty good as they stand. That site is okay, I have used it a few times now when needing rough info but it's a little dated and doesn't look like it has changed in a while. I think the best source for production numbers is probably Anthony's website, although his practices for gaining frame numbers has been called into question a few times.
  23. Each car should be valued independently and on it's own merits, just because "Supra" doesn't mean it's automatically worth ££££'s. If the UK market has stagnated then that would suggest prices have reached the current threshold of what people are willing to pay or what they find acceptable for a RHD car. It's down to market saturation, once more of the RHD Supra's disappear then you will see the prices start to climb again. The LHD Supra is the low production market, the RHD market only had some low production models like the GZ and UK spec.
  24. Try having a search through the Technical Reference & FAQs, all the info on pinouts is there.
