I don't know much about the Nikon kit as Im a Canon man. If the lens is like the budget EF-S lens canon supply with their bodies sell it all as one lot. TBH it will probably make the sale a little easier too.

Better to replace the J-spec with J-spec, they spool quicker but are ceramic. Uk turbos are made of steel and aren't a straight swap.
