    There are loads of choices available, it all boils down to budget. If you use the search function you should be able to find many autobox cooler installs

    I think before you go getting your hopes up of sourcing a cheap engine you should run this by the mods first. I imagine doing a group buy on 2nd hand engines with no recourse against the seller who I assume is overseas is going to be a non-starter. Unless you are personally going to guarantee each one and be prepared to refund any that aren't as described. You only have to look at a prominent members recent *issues* with a 2nd hand engine he bought to see how unreliable the information on engine history can be.

    No doubt these will be sold on and the car would remain the same price. The guys attitude stinks and he is nothing more than a shyster, I am surprised people deal with him after the debacle on here.

    Yep Mr T was asking £450+ What is the build quality like any pictures? What is fitment like? How long has it been fitted?

    I'm sure there would be considerable interest, it's going to fail sooner rather than later. I was hoping to pick one up and change it over the winter months as part of preventative maintenance so would certainly be interested if you could force them to do a batch for a decent price

    I assume the US heater matrix will be a different design to ours as the part number differs on the EPC. Could the company that makes your SMIC's help with making a replacement heater matrix?

    You can't remap the stock ECU, try hunting for a Sard or Mines uprated version. You will still have to tell the insurance company if you do this just as you would if going BPU so if getting insured is an issue just enjoy the car as it is for a few years.
