  1. There is this video I'm interested to see what these new Garrett units are capable of, especially when fitted to a cast manifold. I also want to see the results from the members who have gone for the Stage 4 Munro Racing set-up. The Stage 5 sounds nice but I think that will be cost prohibitive when compared to going single.
  2. Oh yeah, I hadn't put that much thought into it . Now you mention it though
  3. I believe you can use anything from 100% water to 100% methanol and anything in between (i.e. 30% water and 70% methanol). I was told when used by itself and not mixed with at least 40% water, methanol becomes extremely flammable. So to be on the safe side to run a 50/50 water/meth mix. At this ratio it is no longer considered a flammable liquid and I still achieves optimal results.
  4. Copper is better from a mapping perspective as well iirc. You can order your plugs from here - http://www.opieoils.co.uk/spark-plug-and-glow-plug-lookup.aspx and don't forget to use the code M4SUPOC and get 10% Club Discount.
  5. Iridium IK22 plugs or NGK BCPR7ES. The iridium’s will last longer but will cost more. The NGK’s are a lot cheaper but will need replacing every 3k miles give or take. Sparkplug FAQ here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?41927-FAQ-Spark-plugs Also, if you click the blue bpu in your first post it will give you a run down on the parts.
  6. Sprog, did you see the link above (post #66) Bobbeh posted up? It looks like Titan stock them, I posted the quote with link in your wanted thread too
  7. Chris Wilson fitted mine to run off the windscreen washer bottle, a 50/50 Methanol/Deionised water mix is considered the best ratio to use. It has a safety cutoff switch that works in a similar style to a ballcock in a water tank. If it runs out of water the pump dies.
  8. Just mentioned in another thread.
  9. Bloody hell I thought they had been discontinued. He best order one quick!
  10. A copper with a personal vendetta, say it isn't so Or is your mate just a bit of a knob, it's okay we all have one or two that are
  11. How could they fine him? Didn't it just fall off as most windscreen displayed plates do.
  12. It's his ring and pinion not the diff. Oh matron!
  13. You don't want it disturbing air flow to the FMIC. If you don't want it fitted to the bumper just put the plate on the passenger side of your dash so it's viewable from the windscreen.
  14. ^ That and a Garrett GTX3582R would be immense.
  15. I'd say give Chris Wilson a knock, he loves Volvos albeit I think his preference is towards more older models. I spoke to him at length regarding water injection and also Richard the owner of Aquamist both of whom are of the opinion that a Turbo car shouldn't be without a system. I believe water injection is a more permanent solution as apposed to a quick fix like the Terraclean
  16. In which case you need to keep an eye on the classified section Is the Volvo petrol or diesel? Does the car have a turbo?
  17. I think it's the one with the knackered rear diff internals (ring & pinion).
  18. No problem, you could always get a water methanol injection kit fitted to the Supra for a more permanent solution. The Aquamist kits (http://www.aquamist-direct.com/806-063-hfs3-v3-1-system-a-truly-progressive-system-utilising-pwm-valve/) are good value and Richard has a lot of knowledge.
  19. I have nothing to fear, you can't catch me in your mobility scooter
  20. That's assuming a lot, maybe it's not NA related. Perhaps he can't keep it up because he has erectile disfunction. A little sensitivity please.
  21. This "cleaning option" has been mentioned a few times now, I'll see if I can find the threads for you E2A http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?268897-de-carbonise-engine http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?286336-Taking-the-plunge-THE-RESULTS http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?285828-HELP-WITH-Engine-cleaning-internal-please more recently... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?336885-Terraclean-any-good
  22. Then do a search, there are plenty of threads out there as this question has been done to death
