  1. DAVID BENTLEY Worth every penny tonight! What a goal. Bring on the Scousers!
  2. I'll post it up shortly mate, Stav
  3. I fitted something similar in my Is200 here: When i get home i'll see if i can find the circuit i used. But basically its a chip that changes 0-5v pulses from the engine to a linear voltage, (lm2917), plus various capacitors and resistors, then linear voltage to outputs (lm3914). Stav
  4. Anyone know the thread of them? Stav
  5. You'll still have the standard Map sensor fitted as well, but the emanage will be wired inline with the Standard map sensor to send it a limited signal so you dont hit fuel cut. The emanage MAP sensor is then used to get an accurate measurement of pressure upto and past the standard MAP sensors range., Stav
  6. Basically your after a kind of cruise control system?
  7. Your right there, they burn off on the opening straight but by the first few corners you've caught the f***ers but they refuse to move. The first year i went cause three bikers went down in short succession they shut it to bikers. was much more fun then,
  8. what do 9/10 people enjoy? Gang R*pe.
  9. Have you tried the metrinch (sp) spanners/sockets Their good kit, and grip the flats of the bolt rather than the corners like normal sockets so shouldnt round the bolt off. Stav
  10. setting it on 12 is just the same as removing it, it does sweet fa on setting 12. The lower the setting the more it fools the car. it works by taking the signal in from the actual pressure and then only sending a percentage of that signal out depending on the setting. Setting 12 send 100% and thesetting 11 a bit less and so on. So the lower you go the less airflow the car will think its getting. 9 is obviously the setting that keeps the output figure below the factory set boost cut.
  11. When i went with the Lexus Owners earlier in the year a lad hired out a Beemer from there. There not too bad to rent for the day and well maintained cars. But the excess is something like 5000euros that you have to pay. Though the ring costs (barriers, marshalls, etc are covered in the insurance) Stav
  12. Lol its ok, messed me up for a while as well, then found it mentioned somewhere on the net and tried it, it worked spot on. Stav
  13. I dont know if this helps or is of any relavance, but i've installed a Greddy Emanage Ultimate on Lexus IS200 1GFE VVTi. I had the same problem getting the ignition side of things to work and i found it WAS the jumper settings. The Emanage manual suggests the ignition output signal should be set to "5V" and if you measure the voltage to the coil packs its 5V's. But that wouldnt work si i found somewhere on the net (cant remember where) that suggested that regardless of the valtage you should use the "12V" setting as its more a regualtor rather that supply voltage. I changed the jumper over and she fired up a treat. not had any problems since. Hope this helps. Stav Edit: just noticed you (vazoosh) raised the same question in the Aristo part of the LexusOwnersClub forum. and i told you the same thing two months ago.
  14. Your right Gareth Merc did use exactly the same blower in the Kompressors. just different intake, and snout. Stav
  15. Currently 217bhp at the fly and 202lb'ft torque. So thats up nearly 70bhp from standard. but she moves enough for me.
  16. Of the engine or the charger? Either both are excellent, the chargers are a sealed unit good for 100,000miles, and the engines have no problems with the kit as long as you keep the 0.3bar pulley that comes with it. People have upgraded to 0.5pulleys with varying efforts. Stav
  17. Thanks lads, lots of time and effort have been put into her. IT's not the fastest on the road, compared to the Supes for example, but with a sub 7 sec 0-60 now (compared to a 9.5 from the factory) but she gets me about. Stav

    Newbie

Just wanted to say hello, I dont actually own a Supra, I have a Lexus IS200 with a TTE charger kit. In efforts to squeeze more power out of the little 1GFE block theres a few bits and bobs i can use from the Supra. So been browsing the Buy and Sell section for awhile. So far off here, got some UK spec Calipers, Uk spec Walbro pump, and just bought myself an AEM UEGO to help tease some more horses out. Also had some great help from Terminator on here when it came to setting up my RLTC before i went to the Ring at Easter. Heres a pic of my pride and joy; Anyway, Hello. Stav
