  1. Ok. The guy got confused with his other supra and this one was imported in 1999. Just not sure about the NMR but from reading online it seems that it's the previous owner supplies this information and from what I have read a lot of people guess roughly what there mileage is/was. I will go and view and go from there. Thanks all for your help :-D
  2. Also got this from the HPI How reliable is NMR?
  3. Ah ok thanks guys. Would a HPI check only be able to provide information on MOT's from 2006 also?
  4. Yeah but the date of first reg is 1999 i cant see anyone waiting 7 years before putting it on the road (i maybe wrong)
  5. Does anyone know if you can register a car in the UK without having a valid MOT done?
  6. Cheers checked online and the date of first reg on the DVLA says 1999 but it did not get an MOT until 2006. that's a bit strange.
  7. Yeah but its only wrong pre 2006 and he is saying it was imported then so not sure will have to look at the log book see what that says the import date is. No the seller is saying it counts in KPH and shows in KPH but on the MOT they have put miles (to be honest i have had this happen to me before so i do believe him)
  8. Just done a HPI check and the NMR is all over the place and starts from 1999 the guy said it was imported in 2006 and that's when the MOTs start from. Also it says date of first reg in the UK was 1999 but no MOT's until 2006
  9. Thanks i am yet to see all the paperwork but i should see that next week when i go to view. Apparently the cam belt has been done recently but i will probably get it done again just for peace of mind. As for the MOTs online they all look good apart from a year gap with no MOT. Also all the MOTs have been recorded in miles so the MOT say 70K miles not KM but he says the clocks are counting in KM i guess the only way for me to prove that is to do a mile and see how much it goes up by.
  10. Thanks for the feedback guys. I am a little out of touch with supra prices, my last clean auto many years ago cost me just over £4000 (wish I had kept it now lol)
  11. Hi all, I have been offered a Black 96/97 Facelift TT Auto with 70,000 KMs 45,000 miles ish on the clock. Outside and inside looks very very clean. Engine bay could do with a bit of a once over and alloys have a bit of kerbing. He has come down to £12,000 with what I have seen avalible it seems an ok price. What do you guys think? Thanks Jonny ***Update*** Just done a HPI check and the NMR is all over the place and starts from 1999 the guy said it was imported in 2006 and that's when the MOTs start from. 12. Anyone know if the paint it still in good condition?
  13. Hi all, Looking to get back into a supra again. Looking for a TT auto with a budget of around 10k do not mind project etc. Thanks Jonny
  14. I am interested in the GT300 but the guy does not seem to know the history of it so he is not sure on the condition of the paint under the wrap. It does seem to have silly low millage also.
  15. Glad I found this. Theses guys have a TT6 for sale at the moment with very low millage (I was thinking it looks a bit good to be true)
  16. Don't put cheap wheels on her. They cost a small fortune those volks
  17. Interested in the ECU depending on price.
  18. Get it engraved with the Auto positions that would be smart i would think :-). looks good.
  19. Oooo i like that. Can you do the front lights?
  20. Lol bit weird but i feel sad that its gone. Was an iconic supra RIP.
