  1. ahhh how sweet. brings back memories of my bobcat bw5 (clone of mp5) 9mm, only problem was it could never leave Geneva still i can't wait to see what those modern warfare goggles are like..lol
  2. blimey, only the last link still had it available
  3. apparantly http://www.crturbos.co.uk/home.php do some excellent work, most of the 1jz boys use them for refurbing/hybridising their turbos
  4. Hey bud that was me yours looked lovely, loving the led rear lights, really goes well with the colour.

    Cam covers

    always replace the rubber gaskets!!!
  7. loctite 5910 black gasket maker/sealer is what i used on my 1jz cam covers about 3 months ago, works perfectly
  8. surely the diff won't lock up at virtually 2 miles an hour by jacking the car up ? mine didn't, although i guess it depends how the lsd works, i thought the supra has many small friction plates that needed to get hot before locking) I did the burnout test in the end and that confirmed it, now i have a TT engine you can really feel it kick in.

    dilemma

make sure the r154 has the 1jz bellhousing bud, not the 7m, if it doesn't come with the bellhousing then factor another £300-350 for one.

    Bad day ??!!

different driving etiquette i guess my toyo t1r's were far better in my opinion
  11. good idea!, I just spent £100 on an hks gauge holder for the upper glovebox, bugger!!!

    Bad day ??!!

on a side note, I've always sworn avon zz3's were excellent, on my last 4 cars they've been great, even running on my supra when it was an NA they were great. but now I have a 2.5TT engine fitted and they just don't seem to be doing the job, my poor old diff is kicking in regularly.
  13. you'll find the 1jz ecu has a tendency to go pop, most users then substitute a 2jz ecu, have a look on supramania for more in depth info. using the 2jz ecu does require changing the ignition system wiring i believe as one is batch firing and the other isn't (which ever way round it is the 2jz way is far better so i'm told). People find the 2jz ecu is alot better, although it does assume its a 3.0 engine rather than 2.5 so slightly overfuels unless you use a s-afc. I've had zero trouble with mine and have been using it daily for 6 months.
  14. I have a 1jz in my supra, its lovely, runs off the 2jzgte ecu. Apparently the wiring is the nightmare part of the install, check both the turbos if you can before you buy though also you need to source a 2jzgte rev counter as the Na one won't fit, that was the hardest bit for me to find.
  15. my campaign just screwed up which is a git, no save game for some reason. But spent all afternoon on firefight, awesome!!!! beats gow2 horde by a mile
  16. on the unlimited downloads companies, just check the fair usage policy, also be aware of traffic shaping on alot of thses servers too, nothing like getting unlimitied downloads and only get 2k a sec download throught out he peak times, admittedly this is probably only of use to those of us that are trying to download the entire net every month
  17. is the HKS UPPER GAUGE POD still available ? if so what size gauges does it take ?
  18. I had the 2nd version on my old supra, with the dial, hence my question as i can't seem to dig up a specific spec list and manual thats all
  19. is this not just the s-afc ? or is it def s-afc 2 ?
  20. I'm with JamieP on this, out on monday too.
  21. is it not part of the pcv system ? that hose feeds oil vapour back into the intake ?
  22. post up the auction number when you do bud

    Missfire

Jacko i've been having your problem, cylinder no1 bad, all coilpack and clips fine, I started to push and pull a little on the injector and suddenly all is well, so maybe its worth having a lil nose by the injector wiring ?
