  1. Welcome Extender, I remember reading a lot of your stuff on the mk3 forums good luck with the aero.
  2. The rads on the corsa have a very good tendency to block up with crap, so maybe a quick rad flush will help too
  3. Hi guys, I have Petes Trl active spoiler diagram, just one question, which of these relays do i need ? http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=37526&doy=18m7&C=SO&U=strat15 I just want to make sure I start with the right bits so I can rule out any silly probs from the start The relay diagram below http://homepage.ntlworld.com/peter.betts/supra/TechTips/spoiler6.gif

    Tyres ?

I have been using avon zz3 for a while now, on my Na supra they are fine, i get great grip and great wet grip, they don;t last long though as they are quite soft, definitely on par with toyo tyres of the same price. My mk3 turbo has been through a set with no problems, unlike the new federal tyres it originally came with, that had me flying down a dual carriageway facing the wrong way in the wet most people have varying views on tyres, but i've used avon for years and they are great for the price
  5. This is one of Nics last batch, I've had it fitted for a few weeks now and its very good, unfortunately its just a bit too loud for me (its real loud as I have an hks silent backbox from a turbo and no cats at all) and having just had the local exhaust place fiddle with the rest of my system it turns out I have no second cat I'm not going to mess about so the old manifold is going back on. So 1 two week old stainless manifold (£305) inc both header gaskets (£37 each, 2 weeks old). I have photos of it fitted if needed. £265 inc postage ono This is home fittable but its easier to take it after you've done it to an exhaust place to have them realign the exhaust up correctly, damned near impossible on the floor
  6. Hiten55 how much to come round with cash money and fit while I'm there ? only need to fit the actual spoiler for the mo as I will have to build up a relay unit to make it work
  7. there are a lot more welded segments than Nics version, plus Nics version has the tubing run through the header plates and welded both sides before being grinded down, that one they just weld on one side.
  8. I've had one of these fitted since January, been a dream so far with no problems, when it arrived i checked it all over against the Fluidyne rad in my mk3 supra and the workmanship was spot on. very pleasing for the price.
  9. Is the front under tray different for fitting this ? I'm sure I heard the undertray was slightly diff due to the spoiler ? can you confirm this at all ? Also does it come with all brackets and bolts ? Also what would postage cost ?

  11. walked out of jeepers creepers as it was awful and slept most of the way through Entrapment till my g/f made us leave as i was snoring loudly, oops
  12. Alot of mk3 supra users locate a water temp sender in that hardpipe as the stock sensor and gauge is truly awful. I think that the mk3 and mk4 hardpipes are the same anyway never hurts to have a second accurate gauge I guess
  13. yeah forget expensive cables, I have a £90 hdmi cable and a £3 one from ebuyer, no friggen difference! in fact they could of almost come form the same place. As for buying http://www.digitaldirect.co.uk are excellent, good info on specs and great range, they also do 9months and 12months interest free if that appeals. I used them a few weeks ago for my panasonic plasma and they were fantastic, quick delivery too.
  14. hmm I got one of nics, I use both lambdas and its smooth as hell all the way through the rev range, but it does seem a little juicier on the petrol, although the way the price keeps going up its hard to tell.
  15. I have a stainless manifold and I removed the temp sensor as it had no where to fit on the new manifold. Makes no diff on the car running and no warning lights to say it isn't there.
  16. just brought myself a panasonic plasma and thought i better check, but thankfully play are still £150 more than I paid. phew!!
  17. Jackso11 you need to check if you have the loom though, both ends not all sups have them

  19. yep looks about the right place for the cat temp sensor, i just removed my first cat and pulled all that out.
  20. Good luck and pm on the way if your doing what I think your doing
  21. have to agree man, not read anymore than the first page of posts on either thread but he's taking a beating IMHO, I tend to stop reading when things go like this
  22. Jay_vr6

    Which do I buy?

Lol, and surely putting up what cash you have and what you will spend long term may help in getting a proper answer
  23. That pub at beachy head and the next one at Birling gap are ridiculous for parking on a nice day especially at the weekends Devils Dyke has bugger all parking which is a shame.
