  1. we had a mini meet last Friday and it was kinda fun... except for me...lol! we met at a multistorey carpark (can't remember the name) and it was ok driving up to the 1st storey, but it was painful trying to come down!!! haha.. thanks to the guys who kept a lookout for me on the front bumper...but I'm never driving up a multistorey again!! lol...
  2. Isn't the Optimate Charger 4 only for motorcycles? Will that be compatible with cars as well?
  3. Sounds like a good idea for our meet in early feb.. Keith, how much will this cost? what about considering indoors as well? Some early feb dates: 1) 6th or 7th Feb 2) 13th feb Should we meet in Aberdeen again? Lets try and pin this one down for sure since its just two weeks away to the month of feb. lets try this again: PUT YOUR NAMES DOWN FOLKS!! 1) SupraRider 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10)
  4. Not sure for other parts of Scotland but snow is thawing away in my area.. looks like we could have a meet after all!! fingers crossed!!
  5. I'm easy on any dates for the Aberdeen meet, depending on the weather of course! Its painful looking at my car just sitting in the garage and not being able to drive it anywhere because of the snow!! Venue: Aberdeen Date: 30th Jan TBC Time: ?? Activity: ?? Names of attendees: 1) SupraRider 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10) Yea, I agree with Geo, let's keep this thread for the Aberdeen meets.. we should raise another thread for a more Central meet.
  6. the weather has certainly been treacherous for any supra to be out and about...
  7. well guys, why don't we just meet somewhere central like we previously suggested since its really halfway for all of us coming from the north or the south? shouldn't really have to split this thread 2 or 3 ways... the more the merrier yes?
  8. Hey Richie, Sounds good to me...if u can get some real cheap deals for karting. think we could have it indoors due to the current weather? maybe we could have a mini grand prix or le grand prix, think we will need to have at least a min membership of 12. I know we need numbers but presumably it will be best to know how much it will cost and how many members they need for joining through corporate booking? If its central for all of us, there won't be a venue directly in Dundee, think the closest venue is actually one hour away from Dundee. http://www.kartstart.com/ Let us know Rich
  9. sounds like a good idea although it could turn out to be quite an expensive event straight after all that spending at Christmas and the New Year...
  10. Ok cool.. Yes we'll just gather some more interest first...suppose we could all hop back to Alex aka drift_bear''s thread on meeting up in the New Year in the meantime..
  11. well, hopefully I'll be able to have some of my upgrades done for this!
  12. Hey John, I sent you a text regarding this.. yes I think we should set up our own indoor MKIV Supra stand next year. so how do we go about booking this? of course, there can only be a limited number of cars per stand I suppose.. what are the rules?
  13. Hey peeps, Posted up this thread under SupraChat to raise some interest from all over UK. Thought I would post the same thread here for us in Scotland... Should we get something organised for this? http://www.scottishmodifiedcars.com/
  14. Hey peeps, Should we get something organised for this? http://www.scottishmodifiedcars.com/
  15. yep. I agree...would be great to meet up with folks from all over Scotland. So who's going to get this organised?
  16. Wouldn't mind a trip down to Dundee. Any suggestions as to what we could do?
  17. well done George!! Your car looks great! yep, I agree the wheels looks really good now that its painted black... was it actually black or done in the same colour as mine? Would be great to have more pics taken and some close ups if possible!!
