    Hi guys, got received word from the organisers that if we would want to have an indoor stand, we will need a minimum number of 7 cars from our club.

    Hi guys, just to let you know that they are able to accommodate our to be stationed indoors if preferred. Indoors are cool as we get the most footfall coming in and where we could get the most attention as well if we set it up right... there will be models and photographers coming by to take pictures with your car. not bad eh?

    Hi guys, I didn't see anymore replies on who's going to take the lead in finding out about this event so I've done it. If we are definitely agreeing to make this event, then I think we will have to do this fast. I've received an email from the organisers attached with an application form that requires us to input our name and vehicle and registration with payment to guarantee a space either indoors (I'm still enquiring about this) or outdoors. They will be closing the applications quite soon as the stands are getting filled up prior to the upcoming event. Below reads the exact words extracted from the application form: "All club car drivers will be charged £10 entry (payable in advance) all passengers will be charged £16 (payable in advance) Alternatively passengers can buy tickets in advance from http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk or by calling 0870 160 2844 (Ticketmaster charges apply) to pay by paypal simply send to [email protected]" So are we still going?
