Dyno Day - Central Scotland (Performance HQ, Dalgety Bay, Fife) - POSTPONED***

I thought you won't be free for the meet? -
Ok guys, shall we agree on something soon? Can you all send an invite to other members who might be interested in meeting up this coming weekend?
-
I think we could have a drink somewhere during a meal if possible and perhaps enjoy a game of pool or bowling and could have a drink during the event rather than a full-on alcoholic session if you know what I mean. So does that agree with everyone?

Isn't the straight forward approach from an NA is to get a TT transplant? surely that will probably solve your problem! that won't break the bank either! -
yes I was picking my cousin who just arrived at the train station close to 4. Didn't see you though. Were you driving a Supra?
-
Hey guys!!! yes it was me!!! thought I saw a silver supra driving down past lemon tree as I was going up the other way towards the beach... who was it? I saw someone flashing their headlights...I tried to wave though but I guess the driver didn't see me.

Hey dude, Geo can testify to this..it was so mind boggling to choose the perfect colour for a supra.. and you should've seen me in that state picking the colours I thought would look good, researching, getting advice, looking at house of kolors, thinking about the maintenance side of things, and most of all getting something you would see yourself driving that car!! it took me weeks and weeks to get the right colour!! my advice is never rush into it or to feel pressured to choose something... take your time!!!! So in the end, yes blue was my ultimate colour!!! And THANK YOU ALL for the compliments!! it certainly is encouraging!!! keep posting!!!

Hey guys, Thats 6 of us so far for either the 12th or 13th Dec. Can we agree the time for our meet please? Would you guys prefer it during the day or in the evening? Lets just agree on something shall we? KEEP STICKING YOUR NAMES ON!!!

LOL... yep! you can't miss that spoiler! I replied in our scottish forum for a meet on the 12th or 13th Dec. Are you going to put your name down for that?
-
Yep! absolutely! and thanks to you for introducing such a professional bodyshop for this project of mine. Are you going to put your name down for the meet on the 12th or 13th Dec?
-
Thanks guys for all your compliments!!! Keep posting!!

All that hassle, was swopping a damaged ECU for a new one, getting a new shock absorber, fitting clear glass headlights, full exhaust system, Speedo delimiter and conversion, glo dials, wishbone, air induction kit and all your usual MOT servicing.
-
Getting lots of head turns already just driving out of the bodyshop...it will probably be one of its kind in Aberdeen! Was simply grinning all the way driving back home!
-
Hey dude I know you have to see it in the flesh and I can't really upload pics more than 200KB which obviously doesn't show off the quality of the pics.. will try photobucket when I have the chance!!!

well, this is where the car is ready for paint!!! and here are some pics to show the amount of work that has gone into creating that ultimate finish product! Next lot of re-spray pics to follow!

can't believe the number of man hours Simon and his team took to prime my car to a good state ready for paint... I think he said that my bonnet alone requires sanding down almost 10 times! not sure what the previous owner did to my car!! The dash was originally in silver and will be painted in a different colour to suit the whole bodykit. The wheels will be de-chromed and painted as well.

Full bodykit arrived all the way from Poland and Simon is carrying out a trial fitment onto the car....
