Cars sold for the UK market need cats from 93 onwards, Imports have to have them if they were built after 95, I had to look into this for my last MOT

Driving it to work this morning I managed to boil my daily, Rover 214i which has knacked the head gasket, sludge in the coolant, oil everywhere etc which was set to cost about £500 to repair. I abandoned it in town, anout 10mins walk from work at the side of the the road. My parents had been passing when they saw police around it, a lad's just run up the back of it, pretty sure its a write off too Parked perfectly legally, so no fault on me. I'll be lucky if I get £500 for it and I'll have to find something else but it beats spending that on it! Pics to follow...

I could well be up for this too, I've never been down to Jurgen's place, would be a sort of homecoming for the car too. Meeting a few more supra owners and getting a look around thier cars would be ok too
