  1. This might need to be updated as I don't think 9006 will fit for jspec dipped headlights. I think they should be 9006J, or need to be a modified 9005 / 9006. In fact. I've just fitted a 9005 into a jspec facelift dipped headlight socket, without trimming tabs or altering it in any way.
  2. Will a non-power fold fit instead of a power-fold and if so, will the wiring connector fit and work? And yes, your idea would prob work, though are there any N/As with power-fold? It'd be just my luck to go ahead with the plan only to later find out the car didn't actually have the one part that I needed. I'd prob feel bad destroying a perfectly good car just to sell the parts, though I suppose if it was N/A I could live with it.
  3. Which of the following are definitely only on facelift j-specs and not pre-facelift j-specs: 1. VVTI - pretty sure about that one 2. Turbo dial, stock 3. Active spolier 4. Powerfold mirrors 5. Tiptronic 6. Grey surrounds in rear light cluster 7. Larger, cooler looking side indicators front and rear, on the bumper rather than halfway up toward the mirror 8. One glove-box, not two. I did try re-read the guide, but it wouldn't let me login, despite being already logged in.
  4. I do be down that way sometimes, if you ever need any help. I'm no mechanic but I have wasted tons of time trying to figure stuff out with the Supra. I've also had tortures from bad mechanics, I know a great one from your area, who did lots of work for me on my previous Supra, inc. an engine transplant. So, give me a shout if you need anything.
  5. Yes, that's exactly what I need. It's built into a fair section of the mirror so you'd prob have to buy most of the mirror to get it. Don't need glass, casing, anything like that. Once that piece is intact and still clamped in place, I'll take it.
  6. Thanks, Darren, I'll let you know if I find one.
