  2. Coltishall is about 7(ish) miles North of Norwich towards N. Walsham so can't have been you. Getting some paint done Steve?(DOH! You just said you had nearside damage!) We reckon Les is about the best around here. You going to the meet on Sunday then?

  4. Happy birthday mate! What you doing working on your birthday? Have the evening off on us! Enjoy!
  5. Latest football result from the African Nations Cup. Egypt 8 - Ethiopia didn't
  6. Please note that the headline above is not necessarily my view on the whale death. I'm actually an animal lover, but I thought this was actually pretty funny.
  7. This is pure class. Be sure to look at the stuff around the edge of the page!
  8. Only valid from Monday to Thursday I'm afraid.
  9. Aha! I've seen that on here before. Wasn't that at an 'audition' type thing for the 2F2F a couple of years back? (Truly hideous, by the way!!)

    Auto Supras

You'll be fine with an auto, mate. (If you are ok with an auto that is.) Drive both first to work out which one you want. Don't choose one over the other on how 'tunable' you've been told it is. Both can be tuned to beat just about aything else you're likely to come up against on the road, so why worry. A stock auto box is apparently good for close to 600bhp, but at that sort of level you'll be VERY close to the limit and you'll stand a good chance of breaking it sooner or later. If 450bhp(at the fly) is roughly the area you're aiming at, it'll take it all day long.
  12. From the original post, I think he means the switch to be controlled is away from the mains. He wants to toggle it on/off from a mobile phone.
  13. Hi mate. Do these wheels use spacers on the front pair? The reason is that I know of two others who have had a set of these and both had spacers to match the stud pattern between the wheel and the hub. And will they fit over UK brakes? Cheers, Brian.
  14. I offered you that much for it in December and you didn't seem interested.
  15. Either it was enough to substantiate your claim that the Police 'Leak' names to crimials or it wasn't. As you made your accusation regarding such 'leaks' earlier in the thread, the assumption naturally follows that it indeed WAS enough to substantiate such a claim or someone as intelligent as yourself wouldn't have made the claim in the first place. No? I'm sure making accusations without the necessary evidence to back it up would surely not be your style. Names and addresses not necessary, really. Wouldn't want anything to be 'leaked' here.
  16. So from that, you can safely conclude that beyond reasonable doubt it was the Police that 'Leaked' it. ok. Just so I'm clear on that.

    Euro millions

Why wait? I'll let you do that now!
  18. Forgot to say - Good work Ro. Hope those in the streets around you appreciate it.
  19. Cynical. Try applying a bit of thought yourself, John. The person erporting the crime isn't the one who is adding to the crime figures FFS. The @rseholes doing the damage are the people doing that. As soon as the victim reports the damage in the morning, the crime figures go up. When someone reports the crime in progress and they get there in time to catch the muppets, it goes down as a detected crime - which is what the Police want isn't it??? The Police depend on the public calling stuff like this in to them. They aren't waiting on every street corner waiting to catch someone on the off-chance! As for trying to 'leak' the informants name - get real. (But no doubt it's happened to you.... )
  20. Ravens are, as Chris pointed out, pretty rare in most parts of the country. The big black crows you see at the roadside are more likely to be Carrion crows. They're big and live off dead stuff. (As the name suggests) It's nigh on impossible to tell the difference at a distance. Difficult enough close up come to think of it! I've seen ravens on the North Antrim coast in N. Ireland a long time ago. Don't think I've seen any since.

    Religion...

Not sure how anyone can argue against most of the the commandments? If you were to think to yourself 'How can I live a good life which causes no harm to anyone' then the sort of rules you would make for yourself to achieve this would be along the same lines of those commandments given to Moses in the Old Testament. (Don't kill anyone, tell the truth, treat others as you want to be treated etc. etc.) I think that most people reject religion because of what man has done down the years in the name of whatever god they follow. However, I don't think that can always be blamed on the relgion or the god itself. It's usually because of how man has twisted, perverted or misinterpreted the religious teachings to suit his own ambitions. And those ambitions have almost always been based around greed. (Greed over territory/resources etc) The religion aspect is always used as a cover for something else.
  22. Don't launch in 2nd if you have it in MANU mode. Launch in 1st. In MANU mode, if you put it in 2nd you move off in 2nd. It will not go into 1st. That feature is put there to allow you to pull away in 2nd on snow and the like. It will truly screw your 1/4 times.
  23. Taken from the FAQ page of the HSE site: The temperature in workrooms should normally be at least 16 degrees Celsius unless much of the work involves severe physical effort in which case the temperature should be at least 13 degrees Celsius. These temperatures may not, however, ensure reasonable comfort, depending on other factors such as air movement and relative humidity.’ So if it falls below this, then threaten to walk out. See how much that costs him!
  24. Angie and myself now booked for both.
  25. That's a fair point well made. I'll give you that one!
