When the MKIV came out a lot of people didn't like it because it was 'too much'. Especially with the big spoiler - took most people some time to get used to the look. I like this - it's forward thinking - ahead of its' time maybe? The MKIV has looked good for ages - some new cars still have stying cues that you can recognise from the MKIV. Maybe this is enough ahead of its' time to do the same...

Only if she left enough evidence for a conviction! Besides - it's a repost. (Although it was a long time ago, so maybe that means it doesn't count?) Still good though - and strange because I was trying to remember this scenario only a couple of days ago.....spooky!

My times were roughly as follows: Totally stock: 13.4 to 13.7 Decatted with a FCD fitted and running 1.1bar: 12.87 (Although I only ever attained this once in this trim - usually 13.0's or 13.1's.) I only ever ended up over 14secs when I screwed something up myself.

Don't want to sound snotty, but a picture with a clear view of both wheels would be helpful!

The Fed has just cut the lending rate by 1/2%. Could be a quick fix, but how long will it last when the markets decide that the underlying problem is still there? They can't do that too many times before the dollar starts taking a hit too - then imports to the US will start going up. (Although exports out of the US could be helped by a weak dollar) Good for us though if the dollar falls further - after the UK inflation rate dropped last week, reducing pressure for another interest rate rise here, the pound has weakened against the dollar, so this will put it back up again to over $2 in a day or two I reckon.

What you need is a TT Aerotop. Buy this!(It'll be up for sale very soon!) Problem solved!!

TBH, I'd be well miffed if they didn't take the glass out! It's how it should be done. and anyone who doesn't take the windows out when spraying bodywork adjacent to glass shouldn't be trusted to do the job at all. (IMHO)

I would expect that budget to be reasonable - but only just. I wouldn't necessarily expect low miles etc as well. Not that you WON'T find one at that price - but you might have to wait for a good one to come along.

Usually I use the Supra for commuting. Some days I use the Corvette - it only has 2 seats, so I guess you might say it's a small runaround?

Aon is fine if it's a second car. (Like yours is) However, I found out at renewal with Aon that the limited mileage policy doesn't earn you any no claims, so I ditched it. I now have the Supra with Norwich Union Direct and it costs me £370 a year. Ok, I'm 41, but I only had 3 years no claims. NU aren't competitive on limited mileage policies, but they were well cheap for a normal policy. They also came in cheapest by quite a margin for the Corvette.

I have done - a while back - and sold them.

Yep - that's the one. Should be going up for sale in the next few weeks. There's more pics HERE, but I've taken out the hybrids etc and mechanically the car is almost back to stock now. I'll post a threead in For Sale in the next couple of weeks for anyone who may be interested.
