  1. Thanks for that. I'll PM you with email addy.
  2. Not sure where you find the information, but if a company goes bust, that fact has to be Public Record to ensure that they can't screw other people after the event. The public have to be protected. Court findings are all Public Record, and it is the court that would declare someone bankrupt. It might be an idea to ring your local County Court. The clerks are usually very helpful and might be able to point you at where such things are registered. Hope you get on ok.
  3. Anyone? It's for a good cause - it's to raise money for the National Deaf Children’s Society. It is run on a purely voluntary basis so relies on things like this to help pay for signers for hearing-impaired children. A friend of mine has a young daughter who had meningitisa couple of years ago and has been left completely deaf. It's not until you have a connection with something like this that you realise just how difficult it is for societies like this to keep going. So come on people, I'm not asking for a donation, just for a bit help in a fund raising excercise. (And if anyone says, 'What?' or 'Pardon?' they'll get a )
  4. Companies House in Cardiff hold a register of Companies and Company names. However, it is no longer a legal requirement to register with them depending on the size of the business. For example, if you are a Sole Trader as oppose to a PLC, there is no legal obligation to register. So you may have varyiong degrees of success with Companies House.
  5. I'm putting together a quiz at work to raise a little cash for charity. One of the rounds is a "Before they were Famous", picture recognition type things. What I need is 10 pictures of Rock/Pop Stars from before they became stars. Can anyone point me at a good site where I can find this sort of stuff? I've been looking around but haven't come up with anything good yet. Thanks in advance.

6-spokes on the front and 5-spokes on the rear! 'Electronic Stability Program (ESP)'...oh, really? 'Side Airbags'? Knows his stuff then!
  7. Dunno, but that one was reduced from £350,000!
  8. Seen most of that on here before apart from the shots of the individual parts after being sprayed. Good job. Looks pretty close. Here's a real one I saw in a Belfast showroom for comparison. (pretty cheap now too....LOL!)
  9. Excellent! Well handy that is.
  10. You're a pretty serious guy most of the time, Chris. But come Friday, you just crack me up!!
  11. ROFLMAO!!! Check out the 'Our Cars' section. There's one car..."Rachels' Rover" with the message "More to Come"!!! FFS!!!
  12. This is particularly nice...... http://www.cruizinbabes.co.uk/features/timsrenault/inside1.jpg You'd need a wiring diagram just to get in it!!
  13. When I was 14, I hoped that one day I would have a girlfriend. When I was 16 I got a girlfriend, but there was no passion, so I decided that I needed a passionate girl with a zest for life. At University I dated a passionate girl, but she was too emotional. Everything was an emergency; she was a drama queen, cried all the time and threatened suicide. So I decided I needed a girl with stability. When I was 25 I found a very stable girl but she was boring. She was totally predictable and never got excited about anything. Life became so dull that I decided that I needed a girl with some Excitement. When I was 28 I found an exciting girl, but I couldn't keep up with her. She rushed from one thing to another, never settling on anything. She did mad impetuous things and made me miserable as often as she made me happy. She was great fun initially and very energetic, but directionless. So I decided to find a girl with some real drive and ambition. When I turned 31, I found a smart ambitious girl with her feet planted firmly on the ground and married her. She was so ambitious that she divorced me and took everything I owned. I am now older and wiser, and am looking for a girl with big tits.
  14. Other than it was built in Nov. 1994, it can't tell you much. If you get the model No. it can tell you a little more about what the car should have.
  15. i can just picture him if he's got something like a Hyper on his car....that'll need a whole blanket to try and block up the exhaust!!!
  16. She doesn't normally wait until I pull up at traffic lights to do that!!!
  17. Who said anything about being in the Soop??? I was, of course, in Angies' Audi.
  18. Yesterday, I was robbed at a traffic light! A young, skimpily dressed woman proposes to wash your car windows while you wait at the red light while another one takes advantage of the distraction to open the back door and steal everything she can grab. Be warned, they are very well organized!!! Don't leave your doors or windows open if you drive up to a red light! If your windows get washed.. . Don't look at them, they try to divert your attention. Please inform your friends of this new scam. They have got me 14 times already. 4 times yesterday, four times the day before that and six times Friday. Saturday I couldn't find the junction they were working
  19. Great. We'll be selling more tyres, so let's put the price up! Fantastic!! :flame Dev
  20. Didn't a manufacturer do a conversion on a race car and shove it into race against other Touring Cars a year or two ago?? I seem to remember this being reported on Top Gear/Fifth GEar or something and it finished in 2nd place, so not TOO much drop off in performance there! You may find this interesting too from an Australian company who have done a few conversions on race/performance cars. http://www.selectmaz.com.au/main_frame.htm
  21. 'Bi drinking session', Termi??? I'm hoping you forgot the 'g' in 'big', but I have to ask if there's something you're not telling us??
  22. If you have converted the speed signal to the speedo/odometer, you need to feed that same converted signal into the Cruise Control ECU. I'll see if I can dig out the pin number and wire colour for you. The cruise will then work up to 110mph instead of 110kph.
  23. Did you ever get this sorted, mate??
  24. I had heard that one too and was waiting to see that punchline at the bottom but it never came.
