Lose RPM wire to the piggy back

I can do, bad thing is I don't have a AFR gauge because I ran out of money towards the end of the project and my business went bump Iv just moved in with the Mrs so Iv no chance of getting one soon either, she's not happy with my supra lol

Thanks for the replies guys, checked and the Map is on the EMU I'll check the lag times tonight. Done a compression test now and the engines fine, I thought Id blown it up at first with how it ran Last Night I re-loaded the map, reset the stock ECU, cleaned the 02 sensor and plugs again, Started up first time, a little rough at first then sorted its self out but with lots of black smoke. When I tried to restart it 2 min later it just flooded. Could any pipes/wires that could have come off that would cause this to happen? Please keep the ideas coming guys

Well my cars E-manage ultimate got mapped 2week ago by Ryan G and everything's been fine since then. Yesterday I decided to wire the pink wire into the EMU to use it as a de-limiter, I disconnected the battery, followed all the instructions and double checked all the wiring (only 2 wires), plugged my laptop into the EMU and delimited it. When I started it up the idle was a little shaky but ran fine and the speed signal matched the speedo on the car so I drove it 10mile to my mums, only hitting 1bar once. Then when I tried to start the car up 15min later it was running rough as anything, pumping loads of black smoke out and kept cutting out, after a struggle I finally managed to get it home. Since getting it home Iv tried to reset the ECU, removed and cleaned the 02 sensor and plugs twice (covered in black slime) checked all the wiring and pipes several times and reversed the de-limit. I'm totally out of ideas now:( Could anyone suggest anything for me to check? Could it be related to me de-limiting it? Im desperado

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for me remove the 112mph limiter to my e-manage ultimate? There's no speed pulse going through the e-manage so I guess its not wired in. My cars already been converted to mph before I bought it so I dont want to mess that up either. Any advice would be fantastic

ok its a brand new halfords battery, could be faulty one as its only started since fitting it,how can I check? I'll check all the sensors and wires tomorrow thanks for the replies

ok thanks guys, good replys no I dont have the code as it was already on the car it doesnt really beep just loads of really retarded noises and wont turn off. If i bought a new ai600 unit could i just unplug and replace it?

the alarms always worked fine until i took the car off road for the single conversion, now every time i set the thing it beeps like crazy and tries to alarm but the sound of the alarms like lots of broken beeps and alarm noises if that makes any sense, the only way i can turn the thing off is when i disconnect the battery. Any ideas what it could be or what i can check?

I like it and I used to make custom cars myself so i totally respect all the time and effort put into it well done

This is used. de-limliter for auto supras AFTER 1996 suplied with instructions from HKS I didnt realise this would not work on pre 96 cars I payed £50 from a member on here, can anyone match that?
