I've got a 94 SZ auto, and over the last few weeks its taken a while to start in the mornings, once it starts and i drive it there are a few flat spots when I accelerate and also its not running smooth when on idle (the revs dip now and then). Sometimes the problem is not there (when ever i take it to get looked at). But now after all this snow it wont start at all, its turning over but not firing up. A garage I did go too said it might be the fuel pump or relay. Please Please help if you can. Cheers Scott

Yes, the garage I brought the car from had the leather done for me a place near chatam, I dont know the name. I think the name of the garage is J A auto's its on strood one way system. If you ring them they will be able to tell you. Hope that helps, Scott.

The seats cost me 800 for the fronts only which i thought was alot, but it was a really good job and the leather is top notch stuff. I wish i had the rears done as well.

Welcome john I've had my SZ for about six month's completly trouble free its a great car but i would shop about and definatly test drive a TT there are time's i wish i had one. Good luck:thumbs:

I had my fronts leathered well worth it. I thought it looked weird with the leather look rear and cloth on the front seats.

I dont know how you TT boys do it I've only got a SZ and the back end is always coming out of shape if i push it a bit to hard in the wet. I dont have traction though

Hello Try giving this number a ring 01474 853258 the guy you need to talk too is nev from Formula one Brands Hatch(think thats how you spell his name) his fitted load of kits to cars inc. sup's he quoted me about a grand for 100bhp he should be able to help you out. I agree with paul 25hp doesn't sound alot you will want more and the engine can take it.

I have looked at the job myself and thought it was best to get it done by my trusty mechanic, I would get the leads replaced as well while your there.

Boring as it is by law your not allowed to walk away from your car if its running even if its locked but rules are made to be broken. My toad 606i worked ok.

Hmmm very tempting out of interest what do you think of your de-cat pipe and hiper combo and is the hiper that load??

Yeah thats what i noticed plenty of rev's left but just feels like it needs a bit of help to reach its full speed, maybe a 100 shot of nos??

I took mine to Dartford tuning and they really helped me out. They put it on the rollers and red lined it for me the speedo is correct and in theory it can do 150 but thats without any wind resistance (and they didn't even charge me!!) time to get some upgrade's i think:thumbs:

Apart from some 18'' wheels so is mine. This is a good excuss to spend some money though.

I think I need to get it checked out and maybe a exhaust and air filter might help something of a HKS sort?

Cheers for that, do you know if there is any other way of checking if its been de-limited, and I know its not that fast but i was expecting it to be quicker than it is.

Hi I hope you can help me. I've had my 94 SZ for a few months now (loving every minute of it). But I took it to a test track the other day to see how fast it is booted it with the o/d got it up to 120 red line then turn it off, into fourth and then she very slowly accelarated up to 130 and I couldn't get any more out of her. I was expecting it to be alot quicker and faster I've had the speedo converted to MPH and at the same time De-limited so they say, but i'm not convinced. If you could help me out with some info it would be good.

Has anyone put a Blitz nur-spec on there N/A. I want a exhaust but not too noisy i.e. the HKS Hiper. I was told by the shop the Blitz will sound nice and throaty?????

They are Ace 132's they are a multi spoke. Why 8.5" is too narrow?? it is wider than the standard wheels i took off

I have just brought some ace 18'' by 8.5'' running 265/35 on the rear and 235/40 on the front. It drives lovely, i haven't had any problems and they look good too!!
