Thanks for your comments guys, and yeah DodgyRog I remember that thread of yours. Its a total PITA to be honest. I just want the bike sold, now I have to wait ages to re-list again. But, your comments are helpful. I have a few more days to scare the life out of him with legal action comments and such. All he has replied is, sorry, 'I dont have the money to pay for it'. If thats the case then why bid! grr Sounds like its best to just re-list. I do have his address though! ... oh so tempting to be bad!

Iv just sold my motorbike on ebay. This one guy pushed the price up and up above everyone else, and now hes won, he messages me and tells me I live to far away so he cant pay. (he lives 3 hours away from me in Dorset) Iv called ebay and they say that he is contractually obliged and I can make him pay. Has anyone else had experience with this... this is soo freakin annoying.
