Extra 500 notes would get you a brand new pair of mk3's. Well worth saving a bit more and spending a little extra for a new set. Top bit of kit. If i see any for sale i'll send you a PM. I do happen to have a single Technics cd deck mint hardly used (because i went the Pioneer route).

From what i've heard pro-tools is very good.I haven't used it myself as i use Reason and Ableton live:)
