  1. Was stock last year and BPU this year so as long as I do better than last year's 14, I'll be happy.
  2. I had similar behaviour with my o/d light and engine warning light when my speedo converter was wired up incorrectly. Once that was rewired properly, it was fine. No clue on the gearbox though. Hope you get it sorted!
  3. I'm personally not a fan of dark wheels on Supras, but mine had the stock charcoal 16s on when I got it. Pics in my garage.

  5. Good point. For some reason I didn't really think of it like that. Thanking you, sir. You're a gentleman and a scholar
  6. Won't that depend on how restrictive the cat is? What I'm having is custom front decat, high-flow cat in place of the second cat and Envy GT Evolution cat back, with 3" piping all through. Is it not better to put one in just in case? Presumably I won't know if I'll need one until it's tested?
  7. Bit awkward now, they're building me a custom exhaust with sports cat next week. I'll just make sure they put the RR in when they do it. Whereabouts should the RR go, or does it not matter?
  8. That was what I thought, but a guy at my garage said that's only the case if I run the stock solenoid alongside the one with the controller and that if I remove the stock solenoid, I can control it both ways. Didn't sound right to me but I don't understand enough about this stuff to know why.
  9. With a 1.2 bar RR in, is it possible to lower the boost below that with a boost controller? Or will a boost controller only raise?

    New Girl!!

I'm intrigued by this pic thread but, sadly, I can't look at work Can someone please describe it to me?

  13. Welcome! If you fancy getting straight involved in the club scene, there's a mini-meet in Chippenham at the weekend you could pop along to. Plenty of very helpful and lovely people will be there. It's a good afternoon out Also, get in quick for your SupraPod tickets - an excellent day out, or weekend if you fancy the camping bit, too. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=180236 Enjoy the wonderful world of Supra ownership
  14. Fair enough. From last time I looked, I remembered the rears being about £25 more than the fronts (although that was for 275s I think) and I thought the fronts were around £110. My price may well have been fitted, but my crude maths and unreliable-at-best memory gave me £490.
  15. New, they would be around £500.
  16. Are we doing a ladies version? I could force my girlfriend to have one

  18. I had my Supra with Bell last year when I got a second car. They mirrored my no claims onto a second policy so I had 2 policies with their own discount. Supra is now with Greenlight on 3 years and the second car will be on 3 years in December.
  19. I like ribs - I shall try and check it out while I'm there!
  20. I'm interested to see pics I may be interested in a set, depending on how much having all my BPU stuff fitted costs me in a couple of weeks.
  21. Got any pics of them Keron? Do the electrics plug straight into the loom for the stock electric adjusting mirrors?
  22. I've got an old school friend who works for BAE Systems on submarines up there. A load of us are going up for a reunion type thing. We do it every few months at various places over the country where we all are. Last month we rented a massive house in Dorset for a week. That was ace
  23. I can't make this one either I'm afraid - I'll be hitting it hard in the party capital of the UK; the mighty Barrow in Furness... Have a good day! Any of you guys going to Suprapod?
  24. Mine used to flash when my speedo converter was wired up wrong and I hit full boost. Not sure why but it would be fine driving normally for a while but if I booted it, the light would start flashing and I'd get the biug warning light. A couple of times it just came on without me doing that though... It hasn't done it since I connected the converter up properly.
